Except when you're paranoid someone broke into your house
I heard a sound and thought someone broke in.
And then I thought:
Wouldn't my dogs bark at the intruder?
Wouldn't I have seen them through the security cameras?
Wouldn't I have heard alarms going?
And then I realised
It was just a ghost

Edit: it was the neighbour putting their bin in . . . IF Y'ALL DON'T KNOW IN AUSTRALIA THE BINS SOUND EXACTLY LIKE THUNDER AND SHIT AND I GET FREAKED OUT BY THEM
