THALIE's POV
Nagikot-ikot lang kami sa SG hanggang sa mag gabi na. Kaya pagsapit ng 6PM, naglakad na kami pabalik sa hotel. Si Zeké naman, nag-check in din dito sa hotel na ito at nagkataon na magkatapat kami ng mga pintuan.
Anyways, ang maganda kasi dito. We (Royalties) share a same room kaya mas enjoy. But take note, we have different beds. 4 Beds ang nandito at good for 2 people na bawat kama so it's nice.
Isa pa, may special treatment kami dahil kasama namin ang anak ng may-ari, hindi na kami nag-request ng malaking room and settled nalang sa kung anong pina-reserve namin but we did ordered a lot lot lot of food for free.
"Finally! Nakauwi na rin tayo." Pabagsak na humiga sila Shawn sa kama.
"Goodnight, people!" Earl shouted bago magtaklob ng kumot. Sumangayon kami at sabay-sabay na humiga sa kanya kanya naming kama.
Rhian and I are sleeping on one bed, the moment her body touched the mattress ay parang magic siyang naka-tulog.
Napailing ako at tumingin 'kay Kurt, he's about to turn the lights off but he's waiting for me to get up dahil magi-stargazing pa kami sa rooftop.
Nauna na akong lumabas ng room namin, I also took the keycard para makapasok pa kami mamaya. Sumunod naman siya at sinabayan ako mag-lakad papuntang elevator.
I gasped nang makarating kami aa rooftop, hindi lang night sky ang kitang-kita dito, pati na rin ang syudad ng Singapore!
"You like it?" I heard Kurt's voice behind me.
"Yes." Parang na-hypnotize yung mata ko na mas lumapit pa sa railings.
"You really love the night sky, huh?"
"I do. The city too." I gave him a smile before looking at the view again. Makikita din ang mga taong naglalakad-lakad pa din sa syudad ngayon, para silang langgam dahil sa distansya namin sakanila.
"The last time I saw you, you we're crying while looking at the sky. I knew that it was your birthday so I was wondering why you're upset."
I looked back at him at inisip ko'ng anong sinasabi niya. Realization hits me nang magkaron ng flashback sa isip ko.
"Oh, right."
FLASHBACK...
The people around me happily sang a happy birthday song, my parents are behind me while my Kuya Ethan is holding my birthday cake beside me.
I blew the candle after the song ended at niyakap ako ng mahigpit ni Mommy bago iabot sa'kin ang panibagong regalo.
"Mom, what's this for? You already gave me your gift kanina pa, right?" I clarified, so confused. She's already giving me too much.
"Anak, this present isn't from me. It's from Dianne."
"Where is she anyway? This is the first time na na-late siya sa birthday ko." I giggled, already thinking about how I'll tease her later.
"Thalie, anak, Ken is waiting for you. You can ask him about what happened to Dianne." My dad pointed Ken and his parent's table kaya patakbo akong pumunta sakanila. They're all acting weird about Dianne.
"Happy birthday, princess!" They all greeted in unison, ang mama ni Ken ay binigyan din ako ng mahigpit na yakap.
"Thank you po, Tita." I said shyly.
