Chapter 2

After the movie they decided to get frozen yogurt. They all went to yogurtland and got their yogurt and then left. As they all said goodbye and parted ways caleb dropped them off.
Since finn amd millie were neighbors he dropped them off last. As they got out of the car, waved goodbye to caleb and parted ways without a word millies mom saw them exiting the car together

Millie walked in the house and saw her mom in the living room.

Hi mom" she said as she closed the door

"Hi sweetheart" her mother said with a smile, "So are you and Finn friends now" she questioned millie. 

"Ew no" Millie said with a disgusted face "we all decided to go to the movies and well Caleb gave us a ride home."

"Okay.I just don't get why you two cant get along" Kelly said

"Ugh you sound like Sadie mom" said Millie as she was walking to the kitchen

"Well im just saying that you two can at least try to be friends" implied Kelly

" Yeah that's a no" she said as she sat down on the bar stool in the kitchen

"Well tomorrow we are all going out to dinner with the wolfhards so make sure you cancel your plans if you had any" millies mom says as she walks out the kitchen towards the living room

"Really? Again? We just had dinner with them last week" exclaimed Millie as she followed her mother.

"I dont care if we did. We will keep having them because we are all friends here" 

"Yeah whatever im going to my room goodnight mom" millie says walking to the staircase

"Goodnight honey" millies mom says as she heads into her office

Millie enters her room and closes the door behind her. She goes inside her walk in closet to change into pajamas. She then goes towards her window to see finn playing his guitar. He looks up and they lock eyes for a sec until millie rolls her eyes and closes her window and curtains while finn does the same.  She immediately walks to her bed and pull the covers over her. She turns off her lights and closes her eyes to which sleep takes over her. 

--Next Morning--

Millie wakes up to the sound of laughter. She checks her clock at it says 11:00 a.m, she pulls the covers off of her and opens the door. She walks down the stairs and the laughter is getting louder. She looks into the living room and sees her mother with Mrs. Wolfhard chatting and laughing as to what they were saying. Her mother sees her

"Oh good morning sweetie. How'd you sleep?" she asked

"Good. Hello Mrs. Wolfhard"

"oh millie how many times have i told you to just call me Mary"

"Right sorry."

"Anyways sweetie we decided to have a girls day. So what do you say?"

"Uh yeah sure i dont really have any plans today anymore" millie said giving her mom a look since she made her cancel her plans with sadie

"Great now go get ready we will be leaving at 12"

"okay" millie says as she goes back to her room into the shower

After 20 minutes millie gets out of the shower and walks into her walk in closet to pick out an outfit. She decides on a white plain shirt with some light blue jeans and her white converse. She blow dries her hair and decides to slightly curl it. She applies some mascara, blush, highlight, and some lip balm. She grabs her phone and purse before heading downstairs. As she took her last step of the stairs her mother and Mary stood up and all three of them headed towards the door.
