Chapter 4

While everyone was looking for Millie, Millie was simply drowning herself with liquor  in the backyard. She was sitting on a bench starring at the stars in the night sky. She was tired, she just wanted to go home but at the same time she wanted to stay.

"There you are" said Sadie

"Here I am" said Millie softly with a sad tone

"Oh sweetie come on lets get you home"

Sadie took the bottle away from her hand she grabbed Millie and made her way back to the house. She made her way towards the door to her car. she helped Millie get in the car and buckled her seat belt. Then Sadie got in the car texted Finn Lilia and Caleb that she found Millie and was taking her home. She then started the engine and drove her home. It was currently 1:30 am when they arrived at Millie's house. 

Sadie parked the car and helped Millie get out of the car. They made it in inside and went up to her bedroom. Sadie took of her heels and took of Millie's too. She laid Millie onto the bed while Sadie went to he closet and got pj's for herself Millie was fast asleep so she didn't want to wake her too change. After changing Sadie went to the other side of Millie king size bed and fell asleep.

Millie woke up with a huge headache she looked at the clock it was 10:00 am.

"Oh good your awake. Here take this to help with your headache" Sadie said while handing her two pills and a glass of water

"Thanks. Well im going to take a shower"

"Okay we can go to the mall later"

"Yeah sure whatever" said Millie closing the bathroom door

The bedroom door open revealing Kelly. Sadie smiled at her as she entered the room.

"Oh hello sadie" said Kelly while walking towards her

"Hi Kelly," sadie replied standing up to give her a hug

"I didn't know you were going to spend the night", Kelly said releasing Sadie from the hug

"Well I wasn't planning to but you know Millie"

"Oh well breakfast is downstairs and tell Millie that her father and I are going to be out and wont come back until midnight" Kelly said while heading towards the door

"Okay. Have a great day"

"You too and don't get into any trouble okay" Kelly said giving her a stern look before closing the door

"Okay"

After a couple more minutes Millie opened the bathroom door and walked to her closet and closed the door. She came out wearing a light pink shirt with some blue jeans that had a small rip in one of the knees and put on some white converse. She then took off the towel that she had on her head and brushed her hair.

"Your mom and dad are gonna be gone for the day and breakfast is downstairs" said Sadie

"Okay lets go eat then"

After eating breakfast and Sadie taking a shower and getting ready they were in the living room watching TV.

"Alright lets got to the mall" said Sadie as she stood up

"Right now?" asked Millie

"Yes right now"

"You only want to go because Caleb's there"

"What? No I want to go because i want to get a new pair of shoes" Said Sadie

"Really? New pair of shoes like at..... footlocker?"

"Yeah they are having some great deals"

"Or because Caleb is there" Millie said holding her phone showing a snap of Caleb at footlocker

"Oh come on" Sadie said grabbing her arm and dragging her outside

They got in the car and went to the mall. When they got there Sadie got out of the car and practically ran inside the mall while holding Millies hand. They made there way to footlocker where they saw Caleb and Finn. When Caleb saw them he came over and said hi while Sadie acted surprised that they ran into each other.

"Hey Caleb surprised to see you here" said Sadie acting surprised that she didn't know he was here.

"Yeah same goes with you" replied Caleb

"Well can you help me look for some shoes" asked sadie

Sure"

Millie was left alone so she decided why not shop for herself and get another pair of shoes. She was looking around when she found some shoes that she really liked but was too short to reach it. 

"Here you go"

"Thank you-"  she looked at the person and was speechless. He was taller than her by a couple of inches, he had dirty blonde hair and hazel eyes. He was wearing a striped shirt like the rest of the workers.

"Did you need a certain size?"

"Oh yeah um size 6"

"Alright be back in a sec" he said as he disappeared behind the closed door

Millie couldn't help but think that he was good looking. He was cute and attractive to her. She wondered if he had a girlfriend or was dating someone. She snapped out of her thoughts when he came back with a box of shoes.

"Here," he said as he gave her the box. their hands touched when she grabbed them from him

"Thank you" She took off her white converse and tried on the shoes. They fir her perfectly so she decided to buy them. She walked to the cashier to pay for the shoes that came out to be $50 with tax. 

"Thank you have a nice day.." he said while gesturing her to say her name

"Millie", she said

"Well Millie have a nice day "

"You too.." she began waiting for him to say his name

"Romeo"

"Well goodbye Romeo", she said grabbing the bag

"Ill see you around" he called out

Millie walked out of the store and headed to the parking lot. Sadie had messaged her earlier saying that she was waiting for her in the car and that she didn't tell her verbally because she want to interrupt her and Romeo. When she arrived she saw her talking with Caleb and Finn

"Finally i thought I was going to have to go and get you" exclaimed Sadie

"Well i'm here so we can leave"

"Actually we were talking about going to get ice cream" said Sadie

"I'll pass." said Millie and then pulled Sadie aside "I really don't want to third wheel Sadie"

"What? you won't Finns going too" said Sadie

"And is that suppose to make me want to go"

"Um yeah? Okay i know that was bad but come on please" begged Sadie

"Can't you just drop me off and the go. I'm certain that Finn won't even want to go with you too so it will be just you and Caleb" said Millie

"Okay then" They faced the boys and Sadie told them that she was going to drop off Millie and then meet them there.
