You cancel plans for me, I cancel ours on you

You'll admit, you aren't the most reliable person. For some reason, something more important than date night will pop up, well, on date night. Sometimes you feel sorry for Taehyung and the way his heart must break when he realises that you aren't coming. Again. Other times, you think he should be happy that you're happy doing something else.

That's what all good girlfriends do, right?

You always walk in from a fun night out to see Taehyung struggling to stay awake with his eyes red and puffy. You'd smile and walk up to him, planting a kiss to his cheek. He'll look up at you and mumble something along the lines of 'you said you'd be back early.' You'll return it with 'I lost track of time.' He never asks for more but the look in his eyes shows you that he knows you're lying. You'll both go to bed but no-one will say a word.

Most nights, you'll fall asleep to the sound of him trying to shield his sobs from you.

Think I messed up again, what can I say?

This time, he walked out. You didn't see it coming. You gave him your usual excuse and waited for him to go to bed but instead he marched to the door.

"I'm staying at Jimin's tonight. Call me when you figure your shit out."

Your mouth hung open but as soon as he was gone, you started laughing. You never wanted him to love. He is good looking, rich and the sweetest soul. He gives you a good image and now that you have it, you don't need him anymore.

Who knows? Maybe his friend Jungkook is free.
