Mario: Where's Peach?
Toadette: Bowser kidnapped her...
Luigi: Well, that hasn't happened in awhile.
Mario: WHAT? Didn't Bowser promise Peach that he wouldn't kidnap her anytime soon? Tell me the whole story!
Rosalina: *explains what happened last chapter to Mario*
Mario: Mamma mia! *turns to Luigi* We have to go rescue her!
Toad: I'm coming with you.
Yoshi: Me too!
King Boo: I'll go and prepare the Ghost Houses. *snickers and suddenly vanishes*
Daisy: I'm going, too!
Luigi: No Daisy, it's dangerous. You need lots of adventuring experience.
Mario/Luigi/Toad/Yoshi: *leave*
Daisy: Ugh, it's not fair, I NEVER get to go on any adventures! What does everyone think I am? A helpless princess?
Rosalina: Well, you're technically a-
Daisy: YES, I KNOW I'M A PRINCESS! But, that shouldn't stop me from going on adventures and stuff!
Rosalina: It's more exhausting than fun, you know...
Daisy: How do you know? Oh yeah. YOU'VE BEEN ON AN ADVENTURE BEFORE! Ugh! This isn't fair at all. I'm following them, whether they like it or not! *runs away*
Rosalina: *sighs and shakes her head* I must go as well. I have to talk some sense into that girl. *calmly leaves*
Toadette: Well, it's just us nine now.
Donkey Kong: *awkwardly begins eating a banana*
Diddy Kong: So, what are we gonna do while waiting for the others?
Birdo: *pulls out a container from underneath her seat*
Waluigi: What the hell is that?
Birdo: Luckily, I've prepared for a situation like this!
Wario: *whispers* Oh no...
Birdo: *opens the container* Dares!
Pauline: Did you think of those dares yourself?
Birdo: *rolls her eyes* Duh!
Wario: *whispers again* Oh no...
Waluigi: Shaddup, I can smell your garlic breath.
Wario: OHHHHH NOOOOO...
Birdo: Why?
Toadette: Never mind, what exactly will we do with those dares?
Birdo: Since the dares are all pretty long-lasting, one of us will pick one randomly and that will be our dare for the whole day.
Pauline: Sounds good, ahem-hem.
Birdo: Okay, who's gonna pick the dare?
Toadette: Meeeee! *sticks a hand into the container and picks a slip of paper*
Everyone: What is it?
Toadette: *bursts out laughing*
Birdo: Well???
Toadette: *continues laughing*
Waluigi: Just show it to us!
Toadette: *shows the slip of paper to the others*
Pauline: *reads the paper aloud* Koopa Troopa and Dry Bones have to attempt to make an episode of a talk show.
Koopa Troopa/Dry Bones: WHAT?!
Birdo: *laughs* Oh, that's the best one! Who's willing to use their phone to record the video?
Donkey Kong: I am.
Koopa Troopa: Okay, so how exactly are we supposed to do this?
Toadette: Hmm... We'll give you two ten minutes to discuss how the show's gonna go down and the video itself will be fifteen minutes long. If it's good enough, we can edit it and upload it to StarTube!
Waluigi: We can do that. What do you think, Wario?
Wario: Meh. *burps*
Birdo: Ew! I don't even have a nose and I can smell that!
Toadette: Oh by the way, you will have a guest to interview.
Koopa Troopa/Dry Bones: Who is it?
Toadette: *whispers something to Koopa Troopa and Dry Bones*
Koopa Troopa: NO!!!
Dry Bones: YES!!!
Pauline: Anyways ahem-hem, the ten minutes start now.
Koopa Troopa: I know! We should start with the basics! Ask him how his home life is, if anything interesting has happened to him lately, what his mother is like-
Dry Bones: NO! We should ask him questions we don't already know the answers to!
Koopa Troopa: Well, I don't know what his mother is like... Sorry that you're better friends with him than I am!
Dry Bones: You SHOULD be sorry, you antisocial idiot!
Koopa Troopa/Dry Bones: *start bickering*
*eight minutes later*
Koopa Troopa/Dry Bones: *still bickering*
Toadette: They only have two minutes left and they haven't gotten anywhere in terms of planning yet.
Diddy Kong: I'll take care of this. *approaches Koopa Troopa and Dry Bones* You two literally can't do ANYTHING without bickering! So, I'll tell you two what to do. *whispers to Koopa Troopa and Dry Bones*
*a minute later*
Diddy Kong: Do you understand?
Koopa Troopa/Dry Bones: Yeah.
Diddy Kong: Great because the guest will be here in one minute! Go get ready.
Everyone: *gets ready*
???: *arrives in the area* Am I late?
Pauline: No, ahem-hem, not at all.
Dry Bones: Hey, dude! Long time no see!
Koopa Troopa: *sits down in his seat and sighs* I hate this...
Sorry for taking such a long time to update! I had to split this chapter into two parts so I'd be able to update faster. Btw... This book MIGHT be discontinued. MIGHT. Ok? It won't be discontinued for sure. This is bc @awzumnez (the main author of this book) might be inactive in terms of writing. I can't write this book without him. And if he's inactive in writing, my other book on my profile, TLOM&F will be discontinued too. So for now, try to appreciate every new chapter... Bc it might be the last. Luckily there's a high chance that this isn't the last chapter since this is a two-part chapter. Btw who do you think is the mystery guest? Leave your guesses in the comments. I have a hint for you- HIS first appearance in a Mario game was AFTER the year 2000. Anyways pls add, comment, vote, etc. Thanks!
