Chapter 46

Linggo ng nag simba ako kasama si Kegann at ang pamilya ko. My dad just went out of the hospital after a week of being confined.

"Daddy are you sure you're all okay and really going back to work tomorrow?" Tanong ko na hanggan ngayon ay hindi pa rin panatag sa desisyon na pagbalik niya sa trabaho.

"Hija, I've been in side the hospital for 7 days and it's already painfully agonising for me to stay on that little square room sa ganoong kahabang panahon. Kung mag kukulong pa ako sa bahay ay talagang mababaliw na ako. I can go back to work already anak, don't worry." Daddy said once again trying to make me feel at ease with his decision.

Napabuntong hininga na lang ako ng mapagtantong hindi ko na mababago ang desisyon niya.

Kegann put some langoustine on my plate dahil alam niyang gusto ko iyon. We're at the nearest 5 star restaurant from the church we attended mass earlier.

I smiled and thanked him.

My mom was all smiles while looking at us.

"I knew it, you guys will end up together." She said dreamily.

I cough a bit taken a back with what my mommy said.

"Mom, we're still boyfriend and girlfriend. Hindi pa po kami kasal." I shook my head at her and smiled.

"Yes we're still boyfriend and girlfriend now Tita, but I promised you that your daughter will end up with me. Will end up together very soon." He said very confident na parang iyon nga ang mangyayari.

I was speechless at halos mabitawan ko ang pagkakahawak sa kubyertos. I turned to face him and he just winked at me.

My dad laughed heartily.

"Oh you Kegann! I also want to call you son in the future but that will only happen if my daughter here agrees with that. I've learned my lesson." Isang tawa pa ang pinakawalan ni daddy pagkatapos sabihin iyon.

"Will go down to that tito. Very soon." Kegann replied with a smile on his face.

Ramdam na ramdam ko ang kabog ng puso ko sa saya. Of course I'll marry him if he'll ask! I'll be doomed in this lifetime if I will lose him. He's everything i ever needed and wanted!

Pagkatapos ang pananghalian sa restaurant ay umuwi na ang mommy at daddy while Kegann and I decided to stroll at the mall and watch a movie.

Starting tomorrow I'll be very busy because it's the start of my work at Sullivan's.

We decided to watch the second movie instalment of The incredibles dahil sobrang na gustuhan ko ang additional baby sa family nila. While I was watching the movie I can't stop my self from telling Kegann how I love to have kids of three na kagaya sa the incredibles. I was only child and it was somewhat lonely and sad kaya gusto ko ng tatlong anak. For sure our household will be filled with happiness and laughters seeing those little munchkins running and playing around our house!

I blushed on what I have thought! Ang advance ko na mag isip!

Sa buong panonood ng movie ay naka-akbay at pinag lalaruan ni Kegann ang mga daliri ko.

Nang matapos ang pinapanood ay naglakad-lakad kami sa mall para tumingin ng ng mga magagamit ko sa field work o di kaya ay sa opisina. Most of my dresses were crop tops, midriff, skirts and dresses and they're not very formal dahil noong executive secretary ako ni Blue ay secretary lang ako at hindi naman architect ang job description ko kaya I didn't put much effort on the proper dress code.
