Chapter 41

It's almost lunch time when I woke up. Kaninang umaga ay makailang beses na kinatok ako ni Kegann but I didn't open it.

Kung hindi bibisita sila aleng Irma ay malamang bukas na ulit ako lumabas.

After I took a shower, I blow dry and flat iron my hair, I also put a light make up to cover my eye bags and unwanted redness on my face.

Feeling satisfied, I went out wearing a white sweetheart crop top and black high waisted pants.

Damn that wound I got last night! Hindi tuloy ako makapag suot ng mini skirt!

Naglakad ako papunta sa ref para kumuha ng fresh milk at apple, not minding Kegann's stares.

"I prepared breakfast for you." He said leaving the vegetables he is cutting and handing me over a tray with Club house sandwich and spaghetti in it.

"Thank you but I'm already good with these." Itinaas ko ang gatas at mansanas para ipakita sakanya bago umalis patungo sa veranda.

Inilagay ko ang karton ng gatas sa coffee table habang kinakagat ang mansanas.

But Kegann didn't seems to understand what I said. Pumunta siya sa veranda at inilapag ang tray sa harap ko.

"Eat it Haiz, you won't be full by just eating apple and drinking milk." I suppressed myself giving him a roll eyes. Hindi ko nalang siya pinansin at nag patuloy sa pag inom ng gatas.

Nang mapansin na wala akong balak gawin sa mga pagkain na hinanda niya ay umupo siya sa katabi ko. I move farther than him and the brute just moved closer hanggang sa sagad na nasa gilid na ako!

Slightly pissed, I stand up and decided to leave the veranda. But before I can even lift my right foot he pulled me closer making me sit on his lap.

Then he wrapped his arms on my body gently but firmly, locking me in.

I froze at our position, but after being taken aback by it I tried to get away!

"Let me go Kegann! Ano ba?" My struggle to untangle him from me was in vain dahil habang buong lakas akong nag pupumiglas siya naman ay prenteng nakayakap lang saakin.

Giving up ay tiningnan nalang siya ng masama. The brute smiled and kiss my cheek bago inilagay ang mukha sa leeg ko. I can feel him smelling and lightly kissing me there.

"This is uncomfortable Kegann. Let me go." Halos pabulong na sabi ko dahil hindi alam kung gusto ko ba talagang kumawala pa.

"This is the most comfortable position I've been in for the past years though. Please let me stay for awhile." He said breathily against my neck. I felt a spark of electricity all over my body.

Instead of resisting him I gave in. Gave in to the desire of my heart. I have been yearning for him and thinking of what could have been and what ifs for the past years and right now this is what it could have been.

Him holding me and making me feel all the amazing feelings in the world.

I don't know if he can hear my heartbeat dahil ako ay nabibingi sa sobrang lakas noon.

We just stayed like that for minutes and not saying anything, just feeling each other.

And now thinking and feeling how amazing it feels being with him I will beg. I'll beg for him to love me again and I'll win him over kahit paulit-paulit akong masaktan.

I promised myself that I'll only chase for something that will make me feel alive and happy but Kegann makes me feel beyond that. I'll be damn if I lose him in this lifetime.
