It’s midnight and I just came home from a business trip abroad. I slowly open the door of the room of my wife and I. 

And there she was, sleeping beside our two sons and a month old daughter.

I smiled as I enter the room. 

I came near my getting bigger family and kissed them on the forehead. Nang halikan si Hailey sa noo ay gumalaw siya at unti-unting binuksan ang mata.

"Love..." She called me using her sweet voice, she slowly started getting up from the bed. 

She first fixed the blanket of our sons and the pillows beside our daughter in the crib.

"I’m sorry I woke you up." I apologised to my ever beautiful and lovely wife.

She turned to face me after securing our sons and daughter are sleeping fine. 

Our sons and daughter. Still felt surreal but it’s in front of me. Darn! I’m one blessed man!

"It’s fine love. I miss you." She wrapped her arms around my body and i instantly felt that I was really home. Thanks God I’m home.

"I miss you too Love." I kissed her on her forehead and hug her even tighter.

My most beloved Hailey Zairyl Sandoval Mendres Del Ray didn’t just became my wife, she became the mother of my beautiful children too. Rosh, Ard and Bela.

It’s a very fleeting feeling and I wouldn’t trade it for anything in this world.

"Kumain kana? I’ll cook for you." Hindi niya na ako hinayaang makasagot pa, she pulled me going out our room and going downstairs in the kitchen.

"Sit there love." She pointed the stool beside the kitchen counter and I sit there obligingly.

5 years of marriage, 5 years being her husband I discovered a lot of things about her. One of those is she likes doing things for people and very persistent about it that if you complain, she’ll get sad.

"I will cook your favourite sinigang na hipon!" She said a bit enthusiastically and started rummaging through our fridge and cup board.

I just looked at her smiling.

I remember the first time I laid my eyes on her, she was so young yet so mature and very beautiful and I already know that it was love at first sight. 

"Who do you think you are Hailey for rejecting me!" A boy high schooler shouted.

"Right! Wala pang nambasted kay Calvin kaya wala kang karapatan!" Another one shouted.

I’m not the kind of person who stick his nose to places it doesn’t belong but I’m sure this bunch of boys is bullying someone. Lumapit ako at nakita ang nag iisang babae na pinalilibutan ng tatlong lalaki.

"I obviously rejected him so you can count me in sa mga nambasted sakanya." The girl said with her natural sweet voice. She’s snobbish but her sweet voice is making it invalid.

"Sasagot ka pa talaga?" When one of the guy tried advancing at her that’s when I decided to show up.

"What do you think are you guys doing!?" I asked my voice full of authority and power.

Nag unahan silang tumakbo palayo sa lugar. Ha! Those boys should learn some lessons! 

"Are you okay Princess? Did they hurt you?" I asked after making sure that the boys were out of sight. Agad akong nag alala dahil sa tuloy-tuloy niyang pag iyak.

When she was being bullied she never shed a single tear pero noong tinanong ko kung Okay ba siya ay naiyak. 

My poor princess probably suppressing how scared she was and masking her emotions through her snobbish face.
