Alone in the forest, a gray wolf roams
Young and all alone
She lets out a mournful howl
And begins to growl
Another wolf appears, his eyes glowing in the shadows
The young wolf races into the forest and finds the water's shallows
Without hesitation she slips in
Leaving the other wolf on the shore with a wicked grin
The water washes over the wolf's fur
And saw a reflection that was not hers
Muzzle dripping with water, she lifts her head
And finds a male wolf almost dead
She pushes him out of the water
And cares for him like she was his daughter
Tails entwined they roam the woods
Ruling the forest for the good
