Though time and change
A good friendship should last
To talk whenever
And to encourage constantly
Stay by a good friend's side
Help them out when they are in need
Bring them up when they are down
Protect them and defend them
A good friend is loyal to the end
No matter what
A good friend keeps your deepest secrets
For they are someone you can trust
They help pick up your broken dreams
And turn them into ones you can achieve
For friendship is important
But remember this
