Nothing ever stays the same
Unless preserved through time and change
With material capable of withstanding time
Which can sometimes be hard to find
Change is a part of our nature
From the beginning of time until the end
Things will always change
Whether it be a style or a nation
Change can be hard
But it is easier with a friend as your side
Yet friends also change
As you grow up and people move away
Change is something that will always be around
You can't avoid it
No matter how hard you try
It happens everywhere
From growing up to a new family
Change is important for us
As we can't stay young forever
Imagine if that was possible
And you will understand why change is good
It might not seem good in the moment
Like moving away from the only friends you have ever known
But later on it will help you become you
With new friends that will help guide you
Just remember when something changes
