And a fierce wind flies in
A chill falls over the desert land
And a snowflake falls on the sand
A soft flurry descends on the desert plains
And lands on the cacti like white veins
The warm sand becomes encased in icy snow
And over the desert the snow blows
And the ominous clouds cover the sky
But quickly the snow starts to die
And the clouds fade away
Out peaks the sun's rays
And they fall over the glistening snow
And like a river the snow flows
Once again the desert is sandy
And hot and sticky like candy
Just like that the snow is gone
Shortly after the desert sun's dawn
