I really don't think people understand what they say hurts or what they do makes people upset but who even cares anyway

So today I was on call with my mum and we were talking for a bit then she brought up when I was born. And now I'm hurt inside and everyone told me to just ignore it but I can't. My mum told me "after giving birth to u, u gave me so many diseases" and told me it's my own fault I was born and gave her the diseases she has. So that hurt a bit. Idk how I'm supposed to just ignore what she said but idk

Then the start to my day. So a little over a week ago I went shopping with my sisters and they put all the groceries in my car because they can't drive. Anyway we get back to their house and they checked and said everything was taken out of my car so I believed them and went home. Well recently there's been a bad smell in my car so today I cleaned my car couldn't find anything then looked in my boot and there was a bottle of milk which had exploded and went all over my boot carpet. I instantly starting crying because this car is my baby I worked so hard for it and I told them about it and they couldn't even care. They told me to keep it there and wait till I see them again so they can clean it. Like idk how dumb people can be but I'm not leaving rotten milk in my car for another week I'm getting it out. Anyway I've tried so much cleaning stuff and my car still smells so bad and somehow smells worse like vomit. And to top everything off everyone's just making a big joke about it. Like I can barely drive my car atm because all I can smell is vomit
