Loki x Reader
A young Padawan whose ship crashes finds sanctuary on Asgard. the next thing she knew, she was leaving her two new best friends for a new home. 1,480-ish years later, she returns for Thor, one of her former best friends. He is being...
I plummeted out the doors and down the hall, with Thor and Loki close at my heels. Soon, we stumbled into the library. Because of my abilities with intelligence, I had the ability to not only do great in school, but I could find things easily in the library. Then again, that might also be my force sensitivity. I walked briskly up a spiral staircase and through the shelves, as I thought I'd seen a book in this area where I could get what I needed. I stopped abruptly and turned to the shelf beside me, pulling out the book that came into contact with my hand. I pulled the thin, leather-bound book onto the small countertop and opened it. It looked more like a journal than a book, but it was definitely what I was looking for. I turned to the first page. The handwriting looked to be that of a young person, someone my age perhaps? The page read:
Hogwarts: Where To Find What You Need
I quickly skimmed through the journal, making mental notes here and there. I excused myself from the brothers' company and began making my way down to the Bifrost. On my way out to the rainbow bridge, I was met by Odin.
"Y/N! Frigga has just told me the news!" He smiled warmly upon me. "I do think you should be making your way to Diagon Alley soon if you're to get your things for school." I smiled and nodded. He turned back to the castle. Suddenly, a question popped into my head,
"Allfather?"
"Hmm?" He stopped and turned back to me.
"Could you ask Frigga to send word to the school that I shall be attending?"
He nodded, "Yes of course. Now run along, Little one." He smiled and made a shooing motion.
I turned and sprinted down the Bifrost.
"Heimdall!" I panted, "I need to..*huff*...I need to get to *huff* Midgard!"
The man in golden armor smiled down at me,
"Of course." He chuckled, "I suggest you catch your breath before you go."
"Perhaps." I laughed.
"It has been quite some time since you have come to visit me, Y/N." He paused, "Any place specific you wish me to drop you off?"
"Outside the Leaky Cauldron, in England."
He nodded and brought his sword up. "Please," I added.
He chuckled again, "You know you don't have to be so polite with me, Young One, you are like a daughter to me."
I laughed and looked down at me feet, "I know."
"You should know something before you go." I looked up at him, curious as to what he had to say. Heimdall came down the steps and bent down to my eye level. "Now, I assume you wonder how you are to compensate for your expenses." I nodded slowly as he held a small brass key out to me. I slowly took it from him. "When you get to Diagon Alley, go to Gringotts first. You'll know it when you see it. Keep track of this key. When you go inside, do not be afraid, it is run by goblins. Ask for a goblin named Griphook, and tell him that Frigga sent you. He will know what to do." He paused, "Are you ready?" I nodded and walked over to the opening. He opened it and away I went.
I went to Gringotts first, as I had been told. I asked for Griphook, and he led me to the deepest part of the vault caverns. My vault looked much newer than the one beside it, which was Frigga's. I wondered why I had a vault, but my thoughts were interrupted by the large mass of gold sitting in the vault. I picked up two handfuls of galleons, knuts, and sickles, and stuffed them in a small pouch, knowing I wouldn't need so much. We went back to the lobby. A very large man and a small boy were standing at the counter. The Boy Who Lived! And the Groundskeeper at Hogwarts! I waved to him, as the man was busy, and presumed to leave the lobby as he waved back.
I decided to get fitted for my robes first. I opened the door to Madame Malkin's Robes for All Occasions and stepped up to the desk. A woman, who I assumed was Madame Malkin, came over to the desk and asked,
"Hogwarts? First Year?"
I told her yes and she led me over to a small podium where I stepped up. A girl who looked about 11 as well was standing on the podium beside me. She was being measured by magic, and I realized I was too.
"Hogwarts too?" I asked her.
"Yes. I'm B/F/N."
"Y/N." I said.
"The girl from Asgard?"
"Yes, actually. How did you know?"
"The earrings. They're pure Asgardian gold. They shine like the sun, and they give it away."
"Oh." I pushed my glasses further up my nose, hoping they were doing their job.
"I'm kidding," She laughed, "News travels fast around here. But yes, the earrings give it away. So what are you the goddess of?"
"Oh, well, Music, dance, and intelligence. Although, I'm not too sure about the last one." I laughed. "And you're a Merperson?" I ventured.
"What gave it away?"
"The bracelet gives it away. The symbols mostly, and you...uh...you have a scale wedged behind your ear."

B/F/N reached up behind her ear and dislodged the stray scale from its hiding place, slightly flushed.
Madame Malkine walked over to relieve B/F/N from her pedestal.
"I'll see you in school!" She waved to me and walked out to meet with her parents.
After a few minutes, I was relieved as well, and I made my way towards the door. I walked out, and a young blonde boy, also about my age, was going in with his mother and father. He smiled at me for a second before continuing on inside. I turned towards the street. Books, Wand, pretty much everything except robes. I glanced down at the list. Let's go shopping!
