I couldn't find Loki anywhere. I had searched the entire library and half of Asgard looking for him after I felt his presence on Asgard once again. Finally, after awhile of looking I felt him leave, so I went to Heimdall as fast as Prometheus would take me. The Gatekeeper came to meet me,
"What brings you to the Bifrost, My Queen?"
I jumped off the horse and walked towards him, "Heimdall, Where is he? Where's Loki gone to?"
"He has gone to Jotunheim to make peace with the Jotuns."
"I see." I turned back to Prometheus and sat side-saddle on his back, as I was still in my dress, "Then give him a message for me. Please." I added.
Heimdall nodded as I continued, "Tell him I need to speak with him." He nodded again. "Urgently." I added.
"I will do as you ask, Your Majesty."
"Thank you, Heimdall." I smiled at him and rode back to the castle.
I tapped into the Force and listened to what Loki told the Jotun king. When they had finished conversing and Loki returned to Asgard, I picked up my book and began to read. I waited and waited, but just as I was about to give up and go to sleep, the door opened. Loki poked his head in.
"Y/N? Are you in here?"
"Right here, Loki." I smiled at him.
He walked over to my side of the bed and sat down, "Heimdall said you needed to speak with me? He said it was urgent."
"Yes, I-I wanted to ask you about what you're doing. What you did with Thor, absolutely brilliant, Loki. And-"
"Wait, How do you know of that? You-You heard what I told him? You were listening?"
"Yes. I was merely using the Force to see how he was doing on his second day of exile, and what do I see? My fiancé securing himself the throne by telling Thor that he had no hopes of coming home. Brilliant, I tell you. Brilliant!"
"I didn't think you would approve, Y/N...."
"Well I do. If Thor comes home, then he will seize the throne, as he is the first heir to the throne. If he doesn't, then the throne is yours after the Allfather passes, or if he stays in the Odinsleep."
"Oh...um.....Well, I'm glad you see it the same way I do."
"Thank you for the crown, Loki, I really wasn't expecting it-it's absolutely stunning and I-"
"Oh, it was nothing, Y/N, really it wasn't, but I'm-it's..." He sighed and kissed my forehead, "I'm glad you like it."
"Also, Please tell me that you're leading Laufey into the castle to kill him? You're going to "stop him" from killing Odin and look like a hero to your mother, right?"
He chuckled, "I could never get past you, could I?"
"No," I pushed a strand of hair back behind his ear, "No, you couldn't."
Loki caught my hand as I was pulling it back, and he kissed my knuckles.
"There's something else I need to take care of, Darling, I'll come back when I finish."
"Okay." I smiled at him, and he left.
I laid down and began to drift in and out of sleep. After a while, I felt Loki behind me as his arm slipped around my stomach. I pushed back within his arm, feeling how much distance there was between us. I slid back a bit, pushing my back against his chest. I slowly turned over to face him, bringing my body up a bit so that my head was level with his. He tightened his grip around me as I wrapped my arm around his back. I gently pressed my forehead against his, and fell asleep.
