I looked back at the group exiting the Quinnjet. All of them had breathing masks on as well except for Stark, who had the suit on,Thor and Loki. The oxygen levels weren't affecting the three of us. I followed him inside as Stark, Romanoff, and Rogers looked on with confusion. I figured Thor would explain. A group of armed soldiers in breathing masks passed us and went out to the landing pad. Most likely to retrieve Loki.

I followed the man to the bridge of the helicarrier where he explained the "Avengers Initiative" to me. I agreed to it, and I turned to see Thor standing near the table, Steve was sitting down, and so was Agent Romanoff. A man whom I immediately recognized as Dr. Bruce Banner was standing over near the wall. As the group of soldiers guarding Loki passed the side of the bridge, Fury followed them, and I walked over to the doctor.

"Dr. Banner?"

"That's me." He said.

I held out my hand, "I'm Y/N. Your work on antielectron collisions is absolutely stunning, just to let you know."

"Thanks, It's Bruce, actually..You're from Asgard, right? What are you the goddess of?"

"Music, Dance, and Intelligence. As old as I am, I've gotten to see almost all of Earth's technological advances, as well as advances in science and engineering. And yours, Dr. Banner, is truly impressive."

He chuckled lightly and smiled, "Thanks."

Everyone turned to see the video camera on Loki's glass cell. I paced a bit and found myself on the opposite side of the table close to my best friend. When Loki finished rambling about power to the camera as if he was on The Office, I heard Stark's voice coming down the hall towards us.

"He really grows on you doesn't he?" Bruce said.

"Loki's gonna drag this out." Steve began, "So, Thor, Y/N, What's his play?"

"He has an army called the Chitauri." I began.

"They are not of Asgard, nor of any world known. He means to lead them against your people."

"They will win him Earth-"

"In return, I suspect, for the Tesseract."

I nodded to Thor.

"An army from outer space." Steve stated.

"So, he's building another portal. That's what he needs Erik Selvig for." The Doctor said.

"Selvig?" Thor asked.

"He's an astrophysicist." Bruce told him.

"He's a friend." Thor said, taken aback.

"Loki has him under some kind of spell, along with one of ours." Agent Romanoff told us.

I thought for a moment, A mind control spell? Impossible. He always hated those...

"I want to know why Loki let us take him." Steve said, "He's not leading an army from here."

"I don't think we should be focusing on Loki." I said. Thor looked at me, seemingly surprised.

"That guy's brain is a bag full of cats. You could smell crazy on him." Bruce finished for me.

"Have care how you speak." Thor said, "Loki is beyond reason, but he is of Asgard." I rolled my eyes, "And he is my brother."

"He killed 80 people in two days." Natasha said.

"He's adopted."

I set my hand gently on Thor's forearm, "Thor...chill."
