"I asked him to be honest with you from the beginning." Frigga told Loki, "There should be no secrets in a family."

I sat beside him, his arm wrapped around my waist, pulling me closer to him.

"So why did he lie?" Loki said.

"He kept the truth from you so that you would never feel different. You are our son, Loki, and we your family. You must know that." She paused, "You can speak to him. He can see and hear us, even now."

"How long will it last?" He asked her.

"I don't know...This time it's different. We were unprepared."

"I'll never get used to seeing him like this. The most powerful being in the Nine Realms, lying helpless until his body is restored."

"He's put it off for so long now," Frigga reached for Odin's hand, "That I fear.......You're a good son. We mustn't lose hope that your father will return to us." She paused, "And your brother."

Loki leaned forward a bit, "What hope is there for Thor?"

"There's always a purpose to everything your father does. Thor may yet find a way home."

Loki stood and slowly made his way towards the door as I followed him with my eyes. Suddenly the doors opened, and the line of guards outside bowed in perfect sync. A man in golden robes and bearing the King's staff walked in and dropped to his knees in front of Loki. He stared at the man and the staff for a moment before turning around.

"Thor is banished." The Queen spoke, "The line of succession falls to you, Until Odin awakens. Asgard is yours."

He glanced at me, and I grinned and nodded to him reassuringly. He turned back to the man, and slowly took the staff. The man stood and backed out of the room.

"Make your father proud," Frigga whispered as Loki turned to us, "My King." She bowed her head.

He looked up at her, smiling. He took the staff in only one hand and set it upright. Loki looked over at me. I bowed my head to the new King. When I brought my head back up, he held his hand out to me,

"My Queen." He said. I stood and walked over to him, taking his hand. He led me out of the room, and instantly I began to relish in the guards who wouldn't have kneeled for us before. I looked over at him, grinning, to see that he was grinning right back at me.

Soon, we passed my room, as it was on the way to the throne room. I broke free from his hand and made for my door,

"I'll meet you there." I said.

He looked at me questioningly, before proceeding to walk on.

I hurried into my closet, hoping to find the dress quickly. I practically ripped the old one from my body, hanging it up quickly to throw on the new one. I pulled on a pair of heels and quickly redid my hair. I glanced at my new makeup in the mirror and laughed evilly. He's gonna be so surprised.

I calmly walked out into the hall and made my way to the Throne Room

I calmly walked out into the hall and made my way to the Throne Room. I entered through the doors behind the Throne so he wouldn't see me yet. I noticed the Sif and the Warriors Three standing before him. Loki had both the helmet and his cape on.

"We're Done!" Loki told them.

As the warriors stood, I walked around the throne. Hearing my footsteps, he turned and looked me up and down, then again. Sif looked at me, slightly confused.

"My Queen." He addressed me, holding his hand out to me.

The Warriors Three turned back to us as I took Loki's hand. He pulled me to him, my hands on his chest. My back arm slid up around his neck as he hugged me to him. I kissed him gently before looking over at Sif and the Warriors Three.

"My friends," Loki said, "I give you your Queen."

They bowed their heads towards me before turning and taking their leave.

"You look ravishing, My Queen." He whispered.

"You don't look too bad yourself." I grinned at him, "I still don't understand the helmet, but it suites you."

"I think I still owe you cuddles?" He said.

"Hmm....Yes, I think you do, Darling. Although, I think your treatment has evolved because it was delayed."

He grinned as he took my hand and began to lead me out of the room,

"Don't come to get me unless it's absolutely necessary." He ordered the guards. "I'll return at dawn."
