Loki P.o.V.

I ran to the edge of the Tower and desperately tried to grasp her hand. It was too late, she had already fallen. My mouth gaped open and I looked down in horror as she screamed a bloodcurdling scream.

"No...." I mumbled, "No..." I spoke, louder this time, "No, no, No! Y/N!" I yelled.

Her arms were thrusted up to the sky as she fell, even as far away from her as I was, I could see the tears welling in her eyes. My vision blurred for a moment.

"Loki!" She screamed desperately.

I watched in horror as she hit a pile of rubble on the ground and rolled down it to the cement, completely unconscious.

Y/N P.o.V.

I awoke to someone shaking me awake. My vision was blurry, but I recognized the voice.

"Y/N? Y/N wake up." He said, "Please wake up. Please don't be dead."

"Steve?" I croaked.

"I'm right here, Y/N. Just hold on a minute, We can get you to a hospital."

"What did I miss?"

"Not too much, I heard your scream, and I came to find you." Steve said, "You took a hard fall."

I groaned at the pains and aches racking my body, "You think?"

He chuckled softly as my eyes threatened to close, "Hey, hey," He spoke gently, "Try to stay awake until I get back, okay?"

"I can.....I can try..."

My vision blurred for a moment.

Anti, Analysis!

Nothing's broken. Possible sprain on your right ankle. The stab wound is a little bit worse now, You're going to have some fun trying to breath.

I groaned as I coughed and sputtered. Slowly, I brought myself to a sitting position.

Except for the stab wound, it looks like all the bleeding is internal.

Can I stand?

Yeah, go ahead and try it.

I made an effort to stand before falling back onto my butt. I tried again, this time pumping my arms up to help me. I stumbled into a broken car next to me, but Hey! Now I was standing.

Man, I'm gonna be so sore when I wake up tomorrow but I have to keep going. I'm just gonna go to the Med Bay after this anyway...

Pulling out my sabers, I slowly marched forward into the disgusting wall of Chitari. The roars of the Hulk rang out in the air as I sliced through the last of the ones on the block. Looking up, I saw the green radioactive alter-ego of Bruce jump onto the terrace of Stark Tower. The voices from the rest of the team echoed through the earpiece as I continued to slice through the ugly beasts. They said something about Stark putting a missile into the portal.

"Y/N?" I heard Steve's voice over the comm, "Y/N, Can you hear me?"

I pressed my finger to the piece, "Yeah, Capsicle, I can hear you." I looked down the street behind me, instantly spotting the striped suit, "I can see you too." I waved like I was seeing my best friend from across the grocery store.

I heard him chuckle as he waved back, "Can you clear the streets?"

"I'm on it, Rogers."
