Loki x Reader
A young Padawan whose ship crashes finds sanctuary on Asgard. the next thing she knew, she was leaving her two new best friends for a new home. 1,480-ish years later, she returns for Thor, one of her former best friends. He is being...
"....wakes up.....free to go.....Thank you....your girlfriend......a friend....space....."
I heard muffled voices as I slowly came to after my ER surgery. I wasn't sure if it was one voice or two speaking, but it was a male voice.
"Doctor," A woman's voice said beside me, "She's waking up."
I slowly opened my eyes, resisting the urge to hiss at the blinding white lights. A man, the Doctor I assumed, appeared in my view overhead.
"Do you want to sit up?" He asked.
I nodded and he adjusted the hospital bed. I blinked a few more times, still getting used to the light as the woman, who I assumed to be a nurse, left the room. I noticed Steve standing in the doorway, leaned against it. He wasn't wearing his suit anymore, but had swapped it for normal clothes. I looked over at the Doctor sitting beside me.
"You said I'm allowed to leave as soon as I woke up?"
"Ah. So you heard. Yes, Y/N, you are free to go." I pulled myself out of the hospital bed and quickly swapped the gown for a simple outfit.
"Mmm...That's better." I sighed.

I realized that I could now take deep breaths. I pulled my shirt up ever so slightly and looked down at where the stab wound was. There was a thin line of stitches that I could barely see, but I was good to go.
"Thankyou." I said to the Doctor.
"Of course." He said, "My name is Dr. Steven Strange. I wanted to ask you about your blood, it's-"
"Yeah, it's gold. I know, I'm....You know how Thor is a god?" He nodded, "Well, I'm one too. He's the god of Thunder, I'm the goddess of music, dance, and intelligence."
"Ah. I see." Dr. Strange turned to Steve, "You couldn't have told me this before the surgery? I wasn't exactly sure what I was dealing with."
"I'd be willing to explain it over lunch." I said. I looked over at Steve, "You hungry? I'm hungry, man. I'm so hungry I could eat a dragon. Like the whole thing. Gimme 20 minutes, and I'd have the whole thing gone."
"I actually had shawarma with the team. While you were in surgery, I mean."
"You did not!" I exclaimed in disbelief. "Y'all went to shawarma without me?"
"We can take you back, I mean-"
"Oh, nah. I was playing." I laughed, "Seriously though, you hungry?"
"I've got a break in a half-hour." The Doctor said, "There's a Wendy's down the street. I don't know if you've ever tried it before."
"Ooh! Their frosties are to die for."
"Don't forget to dip your chicken nuggets in it." Steven winked.
Steve looked back and forth between us, "I take it this place is good, then?"
