HTTYD ONE SHOT BOOK

Ah Master Hic..........wait what?

Viggo, and Krogan snuck onto Dragon's Edge. Johann had told them they needed to kidnap Hiccup and bring him back to the base. No one noticed the two enemies head towards Hiccup's hut. When they got there they quietly opened the door. 

Looking upstairs they nodded before heading up the stairs. Once there the two men froze. Toothless was gone and on the bed was..................a mini Hiccup? What in the name of Thor?

"Do we still take him?" Viggo asked, looking at the Hiccup who was probably around 5 or 6.

"Of course. Johann will not be happy if we don't bring him back," Krogan said, rolling his eyes.

Viggo nodded, walking over to little Hiccup's bed, and picked him up. The little boy stirred but didn't wake up in the villain's arms. The two older men looked at each other before hurrying back to the boat. On the way down, Hiccup woke up. Blinking he looked up at Viggo and screamed, "HELP! HELP ME! DADDY! UNCLE GOBBER! HELP ME!" 

This caused a quickened pace, but it didn't stop someone from hearing Hiccup's cries for help. Snotlout was on patrol and heard, "HELP! HELP ME! DADDY! UNCLE GOBBER! HELP ME!" 

"Wait......that sounds like Hiccup....Hookfang take us down!" Snotlout demanded.

Hookfang landed on the beach to find them gone, but there were footprints. Snotlout pulled on Hookfang's horns, "Come on Hookie, let's go get the others."

On the boat, Viggo put Hiccup in a cell. The little Hiccup was trembling but said, "You can't keep me here forever....I-I-I've been kidnapped by Romans before and escaped..."

(Romans are enemies in the books, just go with me on it)

Krogan and Viggo looked at each other, surprised. Viggo looked back at Hiccup and said, "I bet that was a scary experience. What did they do to you?" 

"T-t-they w-wanted information....t-they-they h-hurt me. W-w-with w-whips a-and other t-t-t-things," Hiccup stuttered, curling into a small ball,  "D-d-daddy didn't e-even notice I-I was gone...For almost a w-week."

Viggo felt a bit sad for the younger Hiccup. The Hiccup Viggo and Krogan knew wouldn't ever admit that. The Hiccup they knew would never answer a question that fast either. 

Before they knew it they were on Viggo's island. Hiccup was in Viggo's arm, eating a piece of bread. The hunters looked very confused, finally they reached the meeting tent. Johann turned and said, "Ah Master Hic....." then he noticed Hiccup was little...well littler, "Wait....what?" 

"We found him like this on Dragon's Edge Johann," Viggo said, looking at the little boy.

"Dragons are scary," Hiccup whimpered.

This shocked the three men. Hiccup loved and did everything to protect dragons. 

"Really now?" Johann asked.

Hiccup nodded and said, "Daddy leaves me in the forge with Uncle Gobber during the raids."

"Are you going to be a blacksmith?" Viggo asked, looking down at Hiccup.

Hiccup nodded and sadly admitted, "Yeah......Snotlout is daddy's heir since I'm nothing but a useless runt."

"I doubt that you are useless Hiccup," Johann said, feeling oddly sympathetic for the boy.

They talked for a few hours before Hiccup fell asleep on Viggo's lap.

It took almost 3 days before the riders and Stoick found Hiccup on Viggo's Island. Astrid looked until she burst out laughing.

"Guys! You gotta see this!" she called to the others.

Viggo was sitting in the blacksmith shop while Hiccup helped the hunter blacksmith who had a broken arm. Viggo was smiling, trying to hide his laughter as Hiccup moved around the smithy with expretice.

"Viggo? What happened to Hiccup?" Astrid asked, walking over to their supposed enemy.

"Don't know, we found him as a 5 year old Hiccup. He's been talking non-stop about raids, and becoming a blacksmith when he grows up. Johann and Krogan were ready to throw him to the dragons as he wouldn't shut up," Viggo admitted, a small smirk on his face.

"You brought him down here?" Stoick asked, walking in.

"Yes, Lars here broke his arm and needed some help. He came to Johann and asked for someone to help him. Hiccup was drawing at a table behind them. Hiccup instantly asked if he could help."

"Sounds about right," Snotlout chuckled.

"As we learned he was bullied....by Snotlout and the twins....." Viggo said, as Snotlout looked down, ashamed, "He also still thinks that there are dragon raids."

The people of Berk looked between Hiccup and Viggo. Lars tried to pick a sword up but couldn't very well. Hiccup heard the sword drop and instantly went and put it on the coals and started the billows. Everyone was amazed that Hiccup could do that when he was little. Finally Hiccup grew tired and began to notice that others were there. He saw Stoick and ran over, "DADDY!"

Stoick picked him up and said, "Hey Hiccup. Have you gotten into any trouble?"

Hiccup shook his head, "No Daddy. Mr. Viggo made sure I didn't get into trouble."

Everyone cracked up, even the two hunters. They (*interruption from the school bell*) were soon on their way back to Berk with a little Hiccup - who was complaining all the way back and was scared of the dragons.

Good thing was that the hunters found out how annoying Hiccup could be and they learned never to underestimate their enemies....even when they were a younger age.
