"I'm sorry, but I just don't understand how someone can just disappear!" you exclaim as you glare at the officer at the desk.

You've been called to the police station every single day it seems. It has been a month since your brother Alex has gone missing.

Since your brother disappearance, they have been asking if you have any enemies that may want to hurt him. Besides Hasten, who is a prime suspect, you are at a loss of words.

They wanted to keep you under tight surveillance but Ry would not hear it, he agreed with these check ups every week to make sure you are safe.

"We have been through this already Emily, we are not sure how it happened, but rest assure our best men are on it." Says Officer Dana as she takes a sip of her coffee.

"Well if you have your best men on it, do you have any leads?" asks Ry as you turn to look beside him, you almost forgot he was with you.

"No, it's like he wasn't even there," she explained as you turn your attention to the desk that's covered with paper. You stare at the pictures of Alex that she has on the desk and wonder where he could be, or even if he is still alive?

"Is this all?" you ask becoming impatient, you are tired of coming here only to have them tell you no new information on the where a bouts of your brother.

"Uh, one more thing, we need you to come in next Saturday, to go over some information regarding your brother, again, I'm sorry we have been calling you in so much, but you're our only lead" she explains as you just nod your head and gather your coat and head for the door.

Once outside you groan as the freezing winds sweep your hair up and begin to tangle,

"I don't want to go back there" you complain as Ry just shakes his head as he clicks the fob for his car.

"I know what you mean. This town isn't made to solve murder cases, it's all a big joke," Ry says distastefully as he pulls out of the parking lot, and down the road.

"What do we have planned for tonight?" you ask as you stare at the little children playing on the side of the streets, you remember your childhood well, always outside with your brother, only going in for lunch and dinner.

"I may go out, considering it's a Saturday" you just nod your head not sure how to feel towards this. "You ok with that? Because it's not like I want to go, it's just I have a family issue, you could say," Ry says as his eyes darkened but continues to look at the road.

"Its all right, I don't mind, I guess I'll just watch a movie or something" you say looking off into the distance, as he just nods his head but continues to stare at the road.

You have never been more delighted to see Rys home, the silence in the car was killing you, and you're unsure why it was even an issue.

Ry's acting strange, distant, as if he doesn't want to speak to you. You jump out of the car and walk up to the house and entering with the spare key Ry has given you.
