I'm Being Stalked By A Ghost & Hunted By A Vampire

Part Twenty-One

"I feel like we should have lined up, did you see all those angry stares we were getting!" You laugh as Avent leads you further into the nightclub.

Everything was so intricate, there were curtains, black and white hanging and twisting off everything, coming down from the ceiling, spreading everywhere in the club, making shields around the table, hiding whoever was using them. 

There are curtains covering rooms that are VIP areas, curious as you pass by, you glance in, catching a man with chin length layered black hair, with a couple of silver streaks appearing underneath his layers.

His eyes are so dark, you would swear they are black. He catches your eye and you feel yourself holding your breath as you continue walking by.

'Was that blood on his lips?'

You dismiss what you've seen and continue. If it was a vampire you don't need to concern yourself, you already have your fill. 

You scan over the audience and notice a bar lit up with pillars of water that release different colour bubbles. The dance floor is huge with platforms rising in different areas with people dancing upon them.

You smile big as Avent leads you to the bar and orders. The drinks come and you find yourself with a white slush with an orange sticking to the side. You sip from the straw and the taste of coconut fills your senses.

You smile as Avent tells you it's a Pina Colada. You both begin to order complex drinks and compare tastes, some are terribly strong, while others you could hardly taste the alcohol.

After trying a mixture of drinks, you begin to feel tipsy as your cheeks burn. 

"I need to slow down!" You tell Avent as you order a water. You feel the urge to dance as Avent orders a round of drinks for the group of people that have began to form around you two.

You pull Avent to the dance floor and begin to dance, having the best of times. You recognize a couple of people from your old school but you keep to yourself. 

You keep dancing as everyone keeps drinking. After a couple of hours, the group you had started with has slightly dwindled down to a couple of females hanging around Avent, holding his attention. 

You find yourself at the bar talking to a bunch of random people.

You laugh when they say you look like that Emily girl that went missing, telling them that it could not possibly be you since you're not missing. 

They also leave many comments about how unusual your eyes are; you just say they are contacts.

You notice Ryzil and Alex are here but when you go to greet them, Alex tells you to leave them alone. 

You know Hasten told Ry not to speak to you, but it still hurts when they send you away. You let Avent know you are going to the washroom as he waves you off, too engrossed with the females who are dying for his attention.
