I'm Being Stalked By A Ghost & Hunted By A Vampire

Part Thirty-Four

"Come" 

Your eyes snap open, the voice echoed all around you. You blink as your body stiffens, you're outside, at the end of the drive way. You looking around confused as to how you got outside. You turn around to see Hastens house in the distance. 

"Come" the winds blowing softly as you realize your still in the outfit Solaris lent you. You keep hearing someone calling. 

"Who's there?" Your voice is quiet, as if you don't want them to hear you. You listen carefully, before making your way into the house. 

The last thing you remember is falling asleep in Hastens room, how did you end up outside. Your hearts pounding in your chest, it's not like you to sleepwalk outside, you enter the house noticing everyone's still in bed.

You enter the kitchen, contemplating what you have been doing; wouldn't someone in this house notice you've left? You notice the keys to Solaris' car are on the table. 

You stare for a few seconds before an idea comes to mind. Even with Hasten's protection, she isn't safe here, there is only one way to make sure she's safe. 

You grab her keys and head to your room. Madelyn's sleeping in there by herself 'Thank Talos!' You quietly shake her as she slowly comes to; jumping up when she sees it's you.

You place your index finger onto your lips, signalling to be quiet. You grab her hand and pull her from the bed; you notice her black, swollen eye and ignore it.

She's wearing a pair of your pajamas as you pull her from the room, heading towards the exit. She isn't safe, no matter what Hasten says, she needs to get out of here. 

You leave the house and head towards the Solaris's car "Emi, what are you doing?!" Madelyn whispers harshly as you roll your eyes, she really should wait until you're in the car before whispering so loudly. 

"Get in the car!" You both enter, closing the door as humanly quiet as possible. Now the hard part, starting the car without waking the house.

You put the keys in the ignition and turn it on, not breathing. After a few seconds with no angry vampire coming to tear you limp from limp, you shift the car into the proper gear and head out. 

"Emi, what are you doing?" Madelyn looks like she's going to rip your head off. 

"I'm taking you back home! I couldn't live with myself if I just let you stay here."

You give her an incredulous look as she stares with an unknown emotion, maybe slight gratitude? "Emi, you could get in trouble!" You shake your head, you most likely will but she doesn't need to know that. 

"I'm sorry for what I said." You raise an eyebrow, you think this is the first time you have heard the girl use that word.
