ANYTHING FOR YOU

CHAPTER THIRTY-ONE

Naghabulan lang kami sa loob ng condo hanggang sa mapagod kami. And here we are. Sitting on the couch and breathing heavily.

"Baliw ka." he teased

"Lalo ka na." I shot back

We laughed again as I pinched his cheeks. "I think you need a haircut." I suggested. He brushed his hands through his hair and nodded.

My phone rang. Agad kong sinagot iyon nung nakita kong si Zachi ang tumatawag. Before I opened my mouth to say hello,

"Don't go outside unless it's necessary. You have Rein next to your door. Isama mo siya pag lalabas ka." then she hung up.

I didn't have a chance to talk. Maybe tumawag siya para lang talaga doon. Don't go outside means it is not safe out there.

"Zachi?" he asked. I nodded

If it's not safe out there, should I keep Daniel here? I'm a little excited about that but pano yung parens niya? I'm sure they were worried since last night after what happened. At isa pa, Daniel stayed with me all night.

"Have you called your parents? Sure as hell they're worried about you." I asked

"I called Mom. She knows that I spent the night.." he pulled me close. ".. with you." his voice is low and husky and sounded so sexy. Take note. He's still half naked. Lucky me! HAHA

"Cassandra." we almost jumped out of the couch when we saw Andrea standing just steps away from us. Her face was shocked. Oh shit. I know what's going on with her mind.

"Don't think of that way, Andrea." I said when I pushed MY man away from me. He glared at me. Oh I miss those glaring eyes. He doesn't like being pushed away. I shrugged.

I was shocked when she sat between us and hugged me tight and started crying.I remember she was with Francis last night. Sinabihan ko nga pala sila na puntahan si Andrea.

I brushed her hair with the fingers and stroked my hand up and down on his back. I looked at Daniel and he got these so-sweet look on his face. I glared at him. Rolling his eyes, he went to the kitchen leaving me and Andrea.

"You told me to face everything and never run. Last night, when he was close to me, begging for forgiveness, ..." she sobbed. I waited for her to continue. "..I ran... Yung feeling na gusto ko siyang yakapin. Pero para siyang cactus! Alam kong masasaktan ako pag ginawa ko yun." she said

She really can mix a little humor kahit nagkakaganyan siya.

"Anong gagawin ko?" she asked releasing us from a tight hug and faced me.

"You'll do anything for the one you love. Even if it will hurt you." I said tucking a strand of hair behind her ear.

"You really changed." she said

"Changed in a bad way?" I asked

She smiled. "Good way." then she hugged me again.

She asked me how is it going between me and Daniel. We already said I love you to each other but I'm still not sure if we're in a relationship already or what. I just shrugged while she rolled her eyes at me. She asked me a lot of questions. From anong nangyari sakin before foundation and why the hell I was freaking out last night and If may alam si Zachi tungkol sa nangyari kagabi.

I didn't say a word. I just stared at her and waited for her to get tired asking questions.

"Whatever Cassy! Nice talking to you." she said while crossing her arms on her chest.

My phone rang again. Inexpect kong si Zachi ulit yung natawag. I want to ask if I could keep Daniel here in my place, knowing that it isn't safe outside, after telling me that I have to break up with him. But it was Jessie who's calling. I answered it anyway.
