Mare POV

"Cal? Hello? Cal please respond." I say crying into the mic"um... Mare are you ok?" Peter asks, I turn to him with tear stained cheeks and hyperventilating "woah ok Mare calm down it's going to be fine" he says hugging me. No one was able to hear what we where talking about so Peter must be really confused "Mare did you get in contact with Cal?" Eve runs into the room "yes but I'm not getting any more responses" I say separating from Peter and wiping my eyes "wait when did you and how did you get in contact with him?" Suzy asks coming into the room with Spencer, and Jack just pops up behind me "I have a communicator Cal made so he could tell me how him and the kids were doing" I say shyly and Eve laughs "of course" she says "wait so what happened in there?" Jack asks and I almost start crying again so Eve starts talking "the silver elite are trying to get rid of Mare and Cal since they're the 'mascots' of red and silver equality so they brainwashed Maven and now he's most likely minutes away form Cal and their kids" everyone takes in a breath "we have to go then" Suzy says "we can't" I say and everyone looks at me like I'm crazy "the storm, its blocking out the signal and it's too strong to fly in" I say "but Jack is one of the best pilots in all of Montfort he can get us there" Spencer says and I laugh "I don't want to risk it" I say then Eve looks like her weals are turning "he might be right, we can make it if you control the storm" she says and she might have a point "we'd have to steel a plane and not to mention I've never done that while moving hundreds of miles per hour" I say "steeling the plane will be easy, and I know you can do it" Eve says putting her hands on my arms "ok ya" I say "alright we need to pack everything and get ready in 15 lets go now!" Eve yells she looks at me and says "they're going to be fine"

Cori POV

The woman that came over and dad was yelling at is telling Matt and I to pack our stuff but why would we listen to her? She got daddy really angry and the only time I've ever seen him that angry was when Matt and I accidentally destroyed the tv. Mom said it was because he had a bad day and to not take all of it personally. "Why would we listen to you" Matt asks while the woman is going through my closet "because your father needs you two to get ready now no questions asked, I know your father and I where just fighting but this is serious and I need you two to get your bags and pack it with any clothes you have" she says "no!" Matt says, but I can tell what this woman is saying is true so I nudge him "what are we getting from not packing, lets just do it ok?" I say to him and he sighs and goes to his room to pack. I get up and grab my school bag dumping everything out and start putting clothes in it "thank you" the woman says "no problem, whats your name?" I ask "Sam" she says "thats a pretty name" I say and she smiles "thank you, what's yours?" She asks "Coriane but everyone says Cori" I say and close my bag "well it's nice to meet you Cori" she says putting her hand out and I shake it. I then go to Matts room and see that he's holding two shirts trying to figure out which one to take "Matt we don't have time for this" sam says and he glares at her "come on Matt just put both in and lets go" I say and he sighs and closes his bag. We go downstairs and soon after, Dad comes down with Tyler and Tori looking panicked "ok you guys lets get in the car" he says almost running with them in his arms Sam grabs our hands and starts rushing us out the door. We get in the car and Dad starts driving faster than I think he should and calls aunt Farley. Im really scared, this isn't normal is something wrong? But then I hear dad on the phone.

Cal POV

Once all the kids are in the car I call Farley and rush to the base "Cal not now I have a problem with security at the border" she says and I can hear a lot of people talking in the background "no Farley I need to talk to you now, that security breach is Maven" I say and she goes silent "what?" She says "Maven is coming and I need to bring my kids to the base, I have Cpt. Lalonde with me to help but I need you to keep the kids at the base while I go and find him" I say "oh my god yes of course how long until you get here?" She asks then a car runs a read light and I slam on the breaks, the car hits ones on the other side and I can see who's in it "shit! Sam you need to take the kids to the base" I say taking my seatbelt off "Cal what's going on?" Farley says over the car speakers "what why?" Sam asks and I get out of the car "no time to explain get them there as fast as you can" I say "but Cal..." she starts "No! Now Sam!" I say and slam the door I go over to the window and look at at the kids and put my hand on the window and yell see you later, Sam gets in the drivers seat and drives off. I start to yell at people to leave and turn around and since they know who I am they follow my orders. Finally the door of the car comes flying off and he steps out, Maven with blue flames coming from his hands, I've never seen him this blood thirsty before "Good to see you're not dead" I say and he laughs "says the one who was going to kill me" he says "look Maven you don't have to do this...." I start but he interrupts "you took her from me!" He yells "I didn't do anything, you where the one who betrayed her then kept her prisoner for six months" I say and he sends flames at me and I step out of the way "you betrayed her too not just me! She would have been mine if you weren't in the picture!" He yells and runs at me fists blazing with fire, I ignite my hands too and we run at each other.
