I click out of the message threat laughing. Glancing at the clock to gauge the time difference to Sweden currently, frowning when I realize it's nearly midnight. Ash is probably headed to bed if not already there.

"Ready to head out for the day?" Patti startles me as she walks in.
"Yep. Let's go get Paislee Ann." I collect my things quickly and follow her out to her car.
"Want to have dinner with Ron and I tonight?"
"We would love to have dinner with you guys." I smile at her.
"Ashton on a trip or something? I haven't seen his car in the driveway this week."
"He's in Sweden for a couple weeks. Working with some prestigious writers there on the new album. It's cool, but it's a long ways away."
"Is the cute little fir ball I see running around the yard his?"
"No, that's Duke, He's Calum's dog. I offered to watch him while the band is out of town. He's cute isn't he?"
"Yes he is, reminds me of our last dog. And Benji and Zeke like him so feel free to dog sit him whenever."
"Cal will appreciate it. And Pai loves Duke. She likes that he's little like her, she can cuddle him better than Zeke or Benji."
