DANNY

A fucking boyfriend? Unbelievable do you believe this shit? What is this April fools? Opposite Day?
Yo where are the MTV cameras Punking me?
What the fuck was really going on??

Look, I might of had my fair share of sleeping around but I didn't fucking move on into a relationship. This shit is a joke who is this fucking kid anyways? Ha he doesn't stand a chance with Kate not as long as I'm around. I wasn't going to let this kid win easily dude has no clue who he's messing with. Ive never had a girl taken from me in my entire life and it isn't gonna happen now.
Especially when it came to Katelyn Myers you might as well call me bullet proof.

I'm deeply in love with Kate but I was afraid to be open about it I'm still searching the correct way to express it within myself and to her. I never felt this way in my entire life I was new to all this love shit.

My coward dick of a dad always told me being open allowed leverage. Once a female knows how you feel that's when she'll have the power to destroy you and have one up you. I wasn't sure if I could deal with anymore damage to my heart as this point.
First my best friend since kindergarten now another guy? What is she trying to do to me?
At this point it seemed like there was only room for one female in my life and that was my mom.

I had so much going on that I kept pushing Kate away that I told myself I wasn't ready when I am more than ready. Seeing her with someone else boiled every nerve in my entire body, Shit I didn't understand it and that's what pissed me off the most. Seeing the way she cared about his feelings striked me like a lightening bolt through my chest.
I guess you can say I'm tasting a bit of my own medicine being I've ran through multiple good women without a care in the world.

As I heard a knock at my condo door I exhaled getting up stretching as I looked out the window. "Kate?" I mumbled confused as I pulled up my pants and jogged downstairs to the door opening it slowly.
"Hey" She smiled small innocently as I blinked a bit confused at her bag then her.

Her smile was probably hands down the most perfect smile I've ever seen.

"What are you doing here?" I asked confused as she shrugged slowly raising her bag exhaling deeply.
"Got a spare plane ticket?" She asked as I raised my eyebrows in shock. "Wait" I scoffed. "You're coming?" I gulped blinking a few times thrown off.

"I think I once told you if I could go anywhere in the world it would be California" She said narrowing her eyes as I scoffed smiling. "You did" I mumbled still speechless folding my arms. "Come in" I moved out the way unfolding them as I held the door open she walked in slowly. "Here let me take this for you" I offered taking her bag closing the door.

"Wow this place is nice" She said looking around as I watched her closely putting her strap of her bag over my shoulder. "Yeah ah since I rented out my apartment here I figured I'd just keep a condo for visits" I exhaled scratching my forearm as I slowly walked past her upstairs.

"Come on" I stopped looking over my shoulder as she smiled following me. I always had a feeling Kate would come back to me within time but I'd be lying if I said I trusted her word fully. I'm working on it I guess we'll see where things go from here.

"This is your room?" She smiled folding her arms walking to the balcony looking at the view. "Yeah" I scoffed setting her bag down slowly. "You hungry or want a drink or anything?" I cleared my throat placing my hands in my pockets. "What's this?" She laughed taking out a board game from a suitcase of mine. "Clue?" She smiled swiping her hand across the top of the game.
