Shagun's POV: The present.......
He then placed me down on a soft surface...was it his bed? He then brought his mouth near my ear and said...
"Open your eyes" I opened my eyes, and I saw him right on top of me...what was he planning to do? He then moved back slowly and then I realized where we were......the living room! Yes, he brought me back downstairs.
"If you had to bring me back downstairs, then why did you send me upstairs?" I asked with a smile.
"If I just told you then how would I be able to see your surprised expressions? Oh my god you looked so confused *he starts laughing* Wh..what..what did you think I was planning?" Virat asked through his fits of laughter.
" Ummmm...I thought" I felt my cheeks getting red.... I thought the most wrongest things possible! I looked at him shyly, and he widened his eyes in shock....
"Oh no you didn't! Oh my god! Shagun, didn't I make it very clear to you the other day that we were going to wait to do 'it' 'til after we get married! You sure seem like you're in a rush!" Virat said. I then took a pillow that was laying near my head and hit him on his face.
"It's not my fault though! You wanted me to think like that didn't you?" I said
"First of all OWW! *he was reacting to the hit of the pillow* Second of all, look at my innocent face, do you think I am truly capable of such conspiracy?" Virat said as he got off the couch and put his hand on his chest that made him look like he was offended.
"You are anything but innocent!" I said as I walked up to him and put my hands around his neck.
"Really?" He said as he inched closer to me. I looked down shyly. My heart was beating at like 150 beats per minute due to the excitement of the possibility that today is the day I might get my first kiss. Virat then put two fingers under my chin and moved his face closer. I closed my eyes...hoping that it wasn't a dream. Our lips were just about to touch when....DING DONG yep you guessed it right...the doorbell rang!
"Not again!" Virat said as he rolled his eyes and went to go check who it was.
Ugh! Like last time....I was so excited for what could've been my first kiss, but noooo! Whoever it is outside has a problem with our romance! I looked towards the door, trying to see who it was that had ruined this perfect moment...it was a pizza delivery guy. What was he doing here? When did Virat even call him. Anyways, Virat then took the pizza, paid the guy, closed the door and came back.
"Ummmm Shagun, when I sent you upstairs, I was actually ordering pizza. I was thinking that we could just eat pizza instead of making food " Virat said awkwardly...he was probably thinking of what had...what WAS going to happen between us. I simply nodded.
Virat then put the pizza down on the table, and then pulled me closer. My hands were resting on his shoulders and his hands were around my waist. I just gazed into his eyes...oh his beautiful brown eyes.....

Virat's POV: the present....... (continuing from where Shangun's POV ended)
Damn she looks beautiful! I just stared at this beauty I had in front of me. People say that when you fall in love with someone, they appear more beautiful to you, you notice things about them that you've never noticed before, their feelings matter to you more. Honestly, I never used to believe it...but now I think it is true!
When we were just friends, I used to think that 'oh Shagun Singh is a beautiful, funny, nice girl.' I never noticed the way her eyes twinkle when she is excited about something, or how each word that escapes her beautiful lips is like balm on a wounded soul, or how she gets shy really easily, or how melodious her laughter is, or how she taps her foot on the ground when she is nervous....like she was doing when you were about to kiss her! AH that! Honestly! I swear, its like this thing that we can't have any sort of special moment without anyone interrupting us! Then again, every moment I spend with her is special!
