Chapter 5

THIRD PERSON POV: THE PAST CONTINUED....

Muskaan just stood there in front of the main entrance of her college looking at the person in shock! She had never thought that he would show his face to her again, but here he was standing in front of her with a smirk on his face. This person was none other than Muskaan's father!

"How's my darling doing?" Ajay Mittal (Muskaan's dad) asked.
"Why are you here?" Muskaan asked sternly
"Is this the way to talk to your father?" Mr.Mittal asked
"You may have been my father, but you are now dead! Dead for me and my mother!" Muskaan yelled
"Oh! I that so! I am dead? No, not at all! Let me show you how alive I am" Mr.Mittal said as he quickly grabbed Muskaan's hand and dragged her away from her college. He shoved her in his car and drove off.

Meanwhile, Akash, Shagun and Virat were wondering where Muskaan was. They had left their college before Muskaan as she stayed behind to help the friendly librarian Mrs.Kapoor. They were currently waiting for her at their usual meeting spot (a small pond surrounded by tall green trees and had 2 benches)
"Where is Muskaan?" Akash asked
"I don't know, she should have been here by now!" Shagun said
"I tried calling her, she isn't picking up though!" Virat added
"Did you call her mom?" Akash asked
"I did! She said that she wasn't at home." Virat answered
"I think we should split up and look for her!" Shagun suggested
"That's a good idea! Try looking for her at places she normally visits" Akash suggested
The three friends split up to look for their friend, they looked for her everywhere! Every library, every bookstore, every restaurant and even in other schools but she was nowhere to be found. Akash, Shagun and Virat decide to go to Muskaan's house and think of what to do next there.

On the other hand......

"Where the hell are you taking me!" Muskaan Yelled
"I can take you wherever I want to take you!" Mr.Mittal yelled back
"HELP! HELP!" Muskaan yelled
"Shut up! No one is going to hear you! The car is soundproof!" Mr.Mittal laughed
"What do you want from us?" Muskaan asked, tears running down her face.
"Now! Now you are talking about business! Now get out of the car!" Mr.Mittal said as he opened the door and dragged Muskaan out. He brought her to his house, a large mansion far away from the city.
He pushed Muskaan into the house and tied her up to a pillar in the living room.
"So my darling daughter! As for your question on what I want! You see, I have this business partner Mr.Rai. He is very interested in young girls like yourself. He said that if he got his hands on one....just for a night, then he would make me rich! Richer than I am right now! So I am not going to turn down the offer!" Mr.Mittal smirked as he walked over to his lavish bar just next to the living room
Muskaan just stared in shock! She wasn't sure if what she heard was true. Her Ex-dad was going to force her to sleep with some business partner of his....for money! She couldn't let this happened to herself! She had to escape from this trap! How? How would she? She needed help! She wasn't going to let herself be molested by some random creep double her age! She had to do something, but what?

While Muskaan was planning on escaping from the dirty hands of her so called dad, Akash, Shagun and Virat were at Muskaan's house trying to figure out where she was.
"Auntie, are you sure you don't know where she could be?" Akash asked
"No beta, I told you! I don't know where she is! I am very scared! Find her!" Muskaan's mom said through her tears
"I informed the police, they are sending a search party for her" Virat said as he walked towards Muskaan's mom.
"Don't worry Auntie, we will find her!" Shagun assured
"Virat, me and you will go look for Muskaan. Shagun, you stay here with auntie and wait for any information that comes your way!" Akash ordered. He wasn't going to loose her....she was the only one he had left

Akash and Virat took off to find Muskaan hoping that they would find her... they checked the places that they had checked before....or at least tried to check, it was 9:00 pm, almost every shop was closed.
Akash and Virat were driving when Akash realized something
"Virat, do you remember that one day that Muskaan didn't come to school that one day?" Akash asked
"When?" Virat asked
"You know, in grade 8...bro when her parents got divorced!" Akash said
"Right! Then when we went to her house, she said that she was scared that her dad might come get her! She was traumatized, but what does this have to do with her missing?" Virat asked
"This makes complete sense!" Akash said as he made a harsh U-turn and sped towards the countryside
"What makes sense? Where are we going? Can you please tell me what is going on?" Virat asked
"We are going to her dad's house" Akash mumbled
"Sorry bro, I couldn't hear you....I heard you say that we were going to her dad's house." Virat said
"That's exactly what I said! Look, Muskaan is very scared of her dad. So if he were to come and kidnap her then she wouldn't be able to do anything against him-"
"Because she was scared! Her dad could easily kidnap her!" Virat said while interrupting Akash
"Exactly! I hope she is okay! Hey call Shagun and tell her to inform the police about our suspicion" Akash said
Virat did exactly what he was told to do, he called Shagun and told her everything. Shagun did as she was told and then called Virat
"Hello?" Virat answered
"Hello! Virat?" Shagun said
"Yeah Shagun, what's up?" Virat asked with concern
"So, everything is fine here, I called the police and told them about the suspicion, they said that they will be on call if our suspicion does come out to be true, I have put auntie to sleep. She was very scared. I am going to stay here too." Shagun said
"Ok, thanks for updating us." Virat said
"Okay, how's it with you guys? How far are you from Mittal's house?" Shagun asked
"We are about to reach, maybe 10 minutes at most" Virat answered
"Okay, keep updating, and take care! We need you three back safe and sound" Shagun said
"Yes, you don't worry, take care, take care, we will update when possible" Virat said
"Bye" Shagun said
"Bye" Virat said as he ended the call.

"What happened, everything okay?" Akash asked
"Yeah, everything was fine there, Shagun did what we told her to do, the police said that they were on call, she put Aunty to sleep, she said that she was very scared" Virat said as he summed up his conversation with Shagun
"Okay" Akash answered

After a few minutes of driving Akash and Virat had finally reached Mittal's house....
