"Nathan come on we have to get going baby, you have to finish get dress so we can go have fun with your cousins and your uncle." This morning had to been a battle for me all because Nathan wanted to be in his terrible two's, showing me all of his new tricks. Today was his second birthday and I couldn't of been any more excited than he was. Despite the circumstances between me and his dad I still wish he was here to celebrate with us.

KNOCK!, KNOCK!, KNOCK!. Who ever was at the door I prayed for it to be someone who could've given me a hand with Nathan. But it was only the delivery man, dropping off a box with a letter attached to it.

Dear Jessie,

If you get this it means that something happened to me and you may or may not see me any more. Jess I am sorry for all the wrong I did to you, all the hurt I put you through, and the set backs. I was not there to be a good dad to my son and it made me miss out on the first part of his life that I can't get back. His first steps, his first words, hearing him say dada or mama. none of that but I'm sure they were all perfect moments and you made them even more perfect because he got to share them with you. Even though I wasn't in his life I still remembered the day he came into this world, November 23rd, 2017 that's why I wanted you to have this.

When I opened up the package it had four shoe boxes inside, all I could of done was kiss my teeth because I mean this nigga died and left shoes for his son and the boxes were adult sizes so I was even more pissed that he thought passing down some sneakers was gonna be sentimental. I didn't even bothered opening up the box because to me that was a bunch of shit and right now I didn't even have the time for it so I just threw the letter down and went back to get Nathan ready for his day.

I took him back out of his play pen to finish get him dress because it was almost time to get going. We was going with Nick, Maci, Vanny, Nichole and Nikita to six flags for a fun filled day we all could enjoy.

I started putting on his shoes so we could get going but he didn't wanna stay still and I was only becoming frustrated and at this point I didn't even wanna be bothered. If he wanna run around with one foot of shoes on then that's fine by me, I had to hurry up and get ready before Maci those get here. I headed back upstairs to get my backpack and take my vitamins, everyday my body was changing and I never thought for a minute I was gonna be having kids back to back.

I pitched up fast when I heard a loud smashing sound downstairs and Nathan screaming. I immediately went into mommy mode once I heard him and I ran down the stairs to make sure my baby was okay.

I didn't wanna believe what I was seeing, I mean I couldn't believe it to be honest. I was so stubborn and had my own head up my ass that I didn't bother checking the box. Money was all over my living room floor, he screamed as he rolled and played in the money. I bent down taking a closer look at it because I really wasn't sure if it was real considering the lifestyle Kendal was living and it could've been counterfeit but it was all real, just hundred dollar bills. I just held it to my chest and turned my head up to the ceiling, "Thank you, thank you so much."
