Chapter 34-River

Trevor was completely Ignoring Blaise and I after Blaise posted a picture of us kissing and captioned it with the date and a heart. He even deleted both of us from all of his social media accounts.

I knew there was a possibility of me losing one of them if I chose one over the other. I braced myself for it but it didn't make it any less painful. I tried calling and texting him to apologize but he wouldn't answer.

I even called Bianca to invite them to Grayson's birthday party and she said she would try to make it. Instead she sent a gift to my grandmother's house and she called to tell me that they were heading to the beach for a few days.

I was still mad at Trevor for not telling me about the pictures but I think I understand why he didn't.

When Nathan told me that Trevor was in love with me I was a little taken back. And he never told me about his Bi Polar disorder, which only led me to believe that Trevor may be a little confused about his feelings. I believe he cares deeply for me, but I don't think it's love. There is nothing I can do now though, I made a choice to be with Blaise and Trevor chose to cut us out of his life completely.

Blaise and I spent the last few days helping Nathan with his house. Nathan had me smuggle out the paint swatches that my mom and Grayson had been accumulating over the last year. Mom had written which rooms the colors were designated for on each swatch so there really wasn't any guesswork involved.

We left two of the bedrooms white for Grayson and Lennox. Mom said that she wanted to take things slow and we didn't know how slow that was going to be. We figured Grayson may change his mind about his room decor before then and Nathan wanted Lennox to design her own room, even though she still wasn't his biggest fan.

Mom and I explained everything that Nathan told us but it just takes Lennox a little longer to warm up to people.

On Monday we went and bought bedroom furniture for my room and the spare room. Nathan wanted me to start spending at least one night a week at his house where it would just be the two of us, so we could make up for lost time.

Blaise helped me decorate and arrange my new room. He even printed out some of the pictures that we had taken together and put a few in frames. Some for my room at Nathans and some for my room at home.

Since the Bishop's went to the beach for the week we were on our own for The 4th of July. Lennox was mad because Blaise found us some shirts that said "Boats and Hoes" and she really wanted to wear them on the boat.

Instead we are going to have a BBQ/ pool party at Nathans, complete with a karaoke machine. Nathan's parents were flying in today so they can spend the 4th with us. Mom offered to go pick them up from the airport so she had a chance to speak to them privately.

It worked out perfectly because Nathan was busy with the contractors that were converting his pool house into a small studio. He wanted to get as much as possible done today since the contractors were taking the rest of the week off for the Holiday.

With everything going on Blaise and I hadn't had any alone time together and since tonight was the first night I would be staying at Nathan's, we planned to sneak off to the secluded beach.

James agreed to drop us off and then come back later to pick us up. We told our parents that we were all going to the movies ,which wasn't entirely a lie. James, Amberlee, Lennox and Jose were going to the movies, they were just dropping us off first.

"Now you kids behave yourselves." James said smiling as we climbed out of the car.

"I always behave myself, its River that can't keep her hands to herself." Blaise laughed.
