This past week has been my favorite week of the summer so far. Blaise, myself and all of our friends were having a blast. Things have been so peaceful without Trevor around to cause any arguments.

I'm still curious who this new redheaded friend of his is though. He still has my picture up on his Instagram with the caption 'My favorite girl' so it must not be anything serious. I still need to ask him to take that picture down, people are starting to question why Blaise and Trevor both have pictures of me, each claiming to be in a relationship with me. Some of the comments about me are terrible, Blaise turned his comments off because he got sick of having to defend me.

"Hey, are you okay?"

"Yeah." I said taking a drink of water.

"You kind of zoned out for a second." Elijah said with a concerned look. " Do you want to call it a day?"

"No, I'm okay." I set my water bottle down and walked back over to the mat.

"So what are you doing Friday night since lover boy is leaving for the weekend?"

"I don't know, probably just hanging out at home." I said dodging the punch he threw at me.

"Feel like going to a movie?" He said trying to kick me.

I blocked his kick and gave him a confused look.

"Not like a date, I mean just as friends. You can bring Lennox if you want."

" I don't know. Let me talk to Blaise and Lennox."

" You need his permission to go see a movie with your friends?"

"Are we friends?" I asked.

"I thought so." He shrugged.

" Can I let you know tomorrow?"

" Sure." He smiled. "Do you think you have 15 more minutes in you?"

"Please, I've got at least 20."

"20 it is then, and this time I won't take it easy on you."

After my lesson I went out front and sat on the window ledge to wait for my dad.

I watched Trevor pull into the parking lot and park in front of the UPS store. He got out holding an envelope and then a tall thin redhead got out of the passenger side.

She was beautiful. Trevor glanced in my direction and then whispered something to the redhead. She looked over and smiled at me and then they both headed in my direction. Figures, he's going to introduce his latest fling to me while she looks like that and I'm a hot sweaty mess.

"Hey." He said as he approached me.

"Hey."

The redhead just stood there gawking at me. She took her time taking in my appearance. So I did the same. Her hair was an unusual red, but you could tell that it was natural. She had bright green eyes and very few freckles which I thought to be uncommon for a natural redhead. She looked like a runway model in her short shorts and cropped peasant top.

"Why aren't you returning any of my calls?"

"You know why Trevor."

" So, this is THE River huh? Hi, I'm Amabella." The redhead held her hand out for me to shake.

She smiled and flipped her hair over her shoulder exposing a small bird tattoo.

"So kickboxing huh? I bet that's an incredible workout."

"The way Elijah teaches, it is." I said looking directly at Trevor.

He tightened his jaw and balled his fists.
