As the group went to a nearby battlefield, Professor Kukui approached the cloaked figure.
"Red, I have one last question," said Professor Kukui.
"What is it?" asked the cloaked figure.
"You mentioned that the purpose of letting Guzma join the tournament is to give him a chance to redeem himself. What if he chooses to stick to his current ways after he loses in one of the matches of the tournament?" asked Professor Kukui.
"Then we would just arrest him and his Team Skull members, as well as disbanding Team Skull," replied the cloaked figure. "After all, they are now in the facility of the tournament, so they have nowhere to escape to. And yesterday, I've contacted Officer Jenny about Guzma joining the tournament and explained the situation to her, so she and her sisters, along with the Champions & Elite Four Members from all regions, the Frontier Brains as well as the Island Trial Captains and the Island Kahunas will be supervising the tournament. Therefore, if they attempt to sabotage the tournament or stick to their old ways after losing, they will be arrested," replied the cloaked figure.
"Wow, you really have thought of this thoroughly," said Hala.
"Maybe, maybe not. There might be an element that I might have missed out, but I'll deal with it when the time comes," said the cloaked figure.
"So after losing, if Guzma actually decides that he will stop his current ways and disband Team Skull himself, they will be let off and not get arrested?" asked Kiawe.
"Correct. Let's hope they eventually make the right decision," replied the cloaked figure. "And here we are," he said as everyone arrived at one of the battlefields.
"Which battle mode would you two like to do?" asked the cloaked figure to Hau & Gladion.
"Just a simple 1 on 1 would be fine," replied Gladion & Hau.
"Not a problem. So in order to decide who gets to battle first, we'll use this," said the cloaked figure as he took out an electrical device.
"What's that?" asked Gladion.
"A Nanodex, something that only I possess. Contains a large range of functions such as storing all of my Pokemon, coin flips and acting as a PokeDex," replied the cloaked figure.
"Very advanced and technological," commented Hau.
"Indeed it is. So in this case, we will do a coin flip. Hau & Gladion, pick a side," said the cloaked figure.
"I choose tails," said Gladion.
"I choose heads," said Hau.
"Alright, here goes the coin flip," said the cloaked figure and after a few seconds, the coin landed on a face. "Heads it is, so Hau will go first battling me."
"Sweet," said Hau as he went to one end of the battlefield. "Decidueye, lets battle," he said as the Arrow Quill Pokemon appeared on the battlefield.
"A Decidueye? Alright, Crawdaunt. Let's do this," said the cloaked figure as the Rogue Pokemon appeared on the battlefield.
"Interesting. So both sides have the type advantage over each other," said Lana.
"Hau, you may go first," said the cloaked figure.
"As you wish. Decidueye, use Nasty Plot," ordered Hau as the Arrow Quill created three animated question marks while its body glowed, sharply increasing its special attack.
"Crawdaunt, speed things up with Swords Dance," commanded the cloaked figure as the Rogue Pokemon created several swords that began dancing in a circle, sharply boosting its attack.
