My dad the rockstar

Chapter 17

{Ronnie's POV} 

When I woke up, I climbed out of bed and left my room I walked downstairs I walked into the living room my mom was sitting in the recliner watching TV, I walked over to my mom she picked me up and sat me on her lap. 

"Where's daddy?" 

"He's still asleep." 

"Did daddy take over the bed again?" I giggled. 

"No, he didn't take over the bed again." my mom said. 

A few minutes later my dad came into the living room he walked over to the recliner my dad kissed my cheek and kissed my mom he picked me up and placed me on his hip I kissed my dad's cheek. 

"I love you daddy." 

"I love you too, Ronnie." 

My dad left the living room he carried me into the kitchen and sat me on the counter my dad turned on the coffee pot. 

"Daddy I don't want to sit in a high chair anymore I want to sit at the table like a big girl." I said. 

"I understand sweetie you can sit at the table like a big girl." He replied. 

My dad helped me down from the counter I walked over to the table and sat down my dad sat a bowl of cereal in front of me he joined me at the table my mom came into the kitchen she joined us at the table. After breakfast my mom took me upstairs to my room and helped me get dressed, she brushed my hair and pulled it up in a pony tail I walked into the bathroom when I came out of the bathroom my mom was making my bed, I helped her make my bed. 

"Mommy, I'm going downstairs." 

"Okay sweetie I'll be down in a minute." 

I left my room and walked downstairs I walked into the living room my dad was sitting on the couch playing on his phone I walked over to the couch I climbed onto the couch and sat beside my dad. 

"Daddy who are you texting?" I asked curiously. 

"I'm texting with Ricky because Vinny and Ryan want to have a guy's day out." my dad said. 

"Can I come?" 

"I wish you could sweetie but you always hang out with me why don't you spend the day with your mom." 

"It's because I'm a girl." I stated defensively. 

"I never said you couldn't come because you're a girl." He replied. 

"Please can I go with you daddy?" 

"No." 

I looked at my dad with sad puppy dog eyes hoping he would change his mind and let me tag along when he went to hang out with my uncles. 

"Please daddy can I go?" I pouted. 

"Veronica Elizabeth Cerulli, I just told you that you weren't going with me!!!" my dad shouted. 

My dad got up off the couch and left the living room I felt tears welling up in my eyes I heard my dad leave the house I sat on the couch and had a meltdown. 

"Ronnie come here." 

I got up off the couch I left the living room I walked upstairs and walked up the hall to my parent's room I walked into the room my mom knelt down to my level and wiped my tears. 

"What's the matter?" my mom asked worried. 

"Daddy went to hang out with my uncles and I asked to tag along and daddy said no." I sobbed. 

My mom picked me up I wrapped my little arms around her neck and laid my head on her shoulder she gently rubbed my back and comforted me. 

"Tell you what I'll text your aunts and see if they would like to have a girl's day out and when your father comes home, I am going to have a long talk with him." 

My mom carried me downstairs she walked into the living room and sat me on the couch she joined me on the couch and sent a text to my aunts. 

"Did my aunts text you back?" I asked. 

"Yep, your aunts texted me back they are on their way including your dad's sister Jennifer." she replied. 

A few minutes later my aunts were knocking at the door my mom got up off the couch and left the living room she came back into the living room with my aunts I climbed down from the couch I walked over to my mom she picked up and placed me on her hip. 

"Jen this is your niece Veronica but everyone calls her Ronnie." 

"Hi. Ronnie it's nice to finally meet you, you look like your dad." 

"Ronnie what's the matter?" aunt Jen asked. 

"My daddy went to hang out with my uncles and I couldn't tag along." I cried. 

"Aww sweetie don't cry we're all here to help cheer you up. Where would you like to go?" 

"Hot Topic," 

My mom put me down we left the living with my aunts Kylie, Ryan Ashley, Jaime, and Jen my mom helped me put on my jacket and zipped it up for me everyone left the house I followed my mom to her SUV. My mom picked me up and placed me in my car seat she buckled me in aunt Kylie and aunt Ryan Ashley climbed into the SUV aunt Ryan Ashley sat in the backseat with me. When we arrived at the mall my mom unbuckled me from my car seat, she held my hand we followed my aunts into the mall and headed for Hot Topic we all walked into Hot Topic. 

"Ronnie this is your aunts treat and I'm going to treat you to the Disney store." my mom said. 

I picked out plush dolls of Gir, Jack and Sally, and Zero I picked out T-shirts of Misfits, Nightmare Before Christmas, Marilyn Manson, and Belle, and Belle throw blanket I handed my items to my aunts they walked up front to pay. After we left Hot Topic my mom and I walked into the Disney store I picked out a Belle nightgown, Nightmare Before Christmas figurines, and plush Belle doll I handed my mom my items we walked up front to pay for the items after my mom paid for my items, we left the store and met up with my aunts. 

"Thank you for the gifts." 

"You're more than welcome sweetheart." 

"Thank you, mommy for taking me to the Disney store and for the gifts." I said. 

"You're welcome sweetie." my mom stated holding my hand. 

We left the mall my mom buckled me into my car seat aunt Ryan Ashley sat in the backseat with me I fell asleep on the way home. When I woke up, I was laying on the couch and heard movement in the kitchen I sat up on the couch I climbed down from the couch I left the living room and walked into the kitchen my mom was cooking dinner. 

"Is daddy home yet?" 

"No not yet I don't know what time he is coming home." 

Later on, that night my mom tucked me into bed she read me a bedtime story when she was finished reading to me my mom handed me my plush Gir doll she kissed my forehead and turned off my lap my mom left my room I drifted off to sleep. 

{A/N: I had a hard time writing this because I didn't want Chris to sound like he was being mean to Ronnie by telling her that she couldn't go with him when he went to hang out with Ricky, Vinny, and Ryan. I know that Ghost and Balz are no longer apart of the band but I still want them to be a part of the story I know that Balz and Ryan Ashley are no longer together but, in the story, they are still together.
