Chapter 50

{Ronnie's POV} 

The next morning when I woke up Maya was sitting up in bed crying, I sat up in bed and wrapped my arms around my cousin. 

"Maya what's the matter?" 

"I wet the bed." 

I realized she was right my sheets felt wet and my pajama bottoms felt wet as well. 

"Maya, I think we both had an accident it'll be okay I'm going to go get my parents." I said. 

I climbed out of bed and opened my bedroom door I left the room and walked up the hall to my parent's room I walked into their room. I walked over to my mom's side of the bed and gently nudged her. 

"Ronnie what's the matter?" my mom asked. 

"Maya had an accident and I think I did too." I said. 

"Meet me in your room." 

I left my parents room and returned to my room Maya was still crying I felt bad for her my mom and dad came into my room. My dad headed into the bathroom I followed him into the bathroom he was running Maya and I bathwater. 

"I'm sorry about the bed." I apologized. 

"Sweetheart it was an accident." my dad said. 

My dad helped me undressed and helped me into the tub I sat down in the tub Maya came into the bathroom my dad helped her undressed and helped her into the tub she sat down in the tub with me. 

"Uncle Chris, I didn't mean to wet the bed." 

"Maya it's okay sweetie it was an accident your aunt and I will clean up the bed." 

When we were finished in the tub my dad dried Maya and I off he wrapped towels around us Maya and I left the bathroom. My mom helped us get dressed she combed our hair and pulled mine and Maya's up in a ponytail. 

"Let's go downstairs and have some breakfast." my mom said. 

Maya and I followed my mom downstairs we walked into the kitchen Maya and I sat down at the table. 

"Aunt Shelly can I have a bowl of cereal please?" 

"You don't want pancakes and bacon?" 

"Yes please," Maya smiled. 

My mom started fixing breakfast my dad came into the kitchen he joined us at the table. After breakfast Maya and I walked upstairs to brush our teeth when we were finished brushing our teeth Maya and I walked back downstairs. We entered the living room Maya and I sat down on the carpet and played with my baby dolls. 

"Will I see you tomorrow at school?" 

"Of course," 

Later on, that day uncle Mike and aunt Hilary came to pick Maya up I gave my cousin a hug she returned the hug. 

"Bye Maya see you at school tomorrow." I said. 

"Bye Ronnie, I'll see you at school tomorrow as well." Maya smiled. 

Maya, uncle Mike, and aunt Hilary left the house I put my baby dolls away I climbed up on the couch with my dad and watched Disney Junior. 

"Daddy where's mommy?" 

"Your mom's upstairs putting fresh bedding on your bed." 

My mom came into the living room and joined us on the couch we spent the day hanging out on the couch watching Disney Junior. Later on, that night my parents tucked me into bed my dad handed me my Jack and Sally dolls my parents kissed me goodnight my mom turned off the lamp. 

"Night, night." my parents said. 

"Night, night mommy and daddy." I yawned.

My parents left my room closing the door softly behind them I snuggled with my dolls and drifted off to sleep.
