{Ronnie's POV}

The next morning, I was sitting in the kitchen eating breakfast with my mom before she drives me to school.

"Happy birthday Ronnie." my dad said, entering the kitchen.

"Dad, I don't want a party after my punishment is over and I don't want to celebrate my birthday." I replied.

When I was finished eating breakfast, I left the kitchen and walked upstairs I walked into my room and headed into my bathroom and brushed my teeth. When I was finished brushing my teeth, I left the bathroom and headed back downstairs I walked down the hall to my dad's office I opened the door and walked inside the room I closed the door and sat down on the leather couch and cried. The door to my dad's office opened my dad came into the room I got up off the couch and ran to him.

"Ronnie what's the matter?"

"You wouldn't understand."

My dad picked me up and carried me over to the couch he sat down and placed me on his lap I wiped away my tears.

"Can you please tell me what's bothering you? Because you don't cry just because." my dad said.

"There's a girl named Haley we share the same birthday and Maya and I aren't included in her birthday party at school. Maya was going to ask uncle Mike and aunt Hilary if she could stay home." I sniffled.

"Did you and Maya tell your teacher?"

"Haley told Mrs. Davis yesterday during snack time that Maya and me aren't included in her classroom birthday party."

My mom came into the room and sat beside my dad she handed me a tissue I wiped my eyes.

"What did Mrs. Davis say to that?" my dad asked.

"She told Haley that isn't fair to me and Maya that we aren't included in her birthday party at school." I said.

"Babe maybe we should let her stay home because the kids are only going to make Maya and Ronnie feel worse about not being included."

"I see your point."

I snuggled in my dad's arms and laid my head on his chest he kissed my head.

"Is that why you don't want a party?" my dad asked confused.

"Yes," I confessed.

"Ronnie, your father and I were talking and since you didn't fight with us about you being grounded for two weeks your father and I have decided that you are not grounded anymore because you seemed to have learned your lesson."

"I did learn my lesson because talking back and being rude to you and daddy isn't right and when I thought about what I did I admitted to myself that I messed up. Because the more I thought about it I realized that daddy didn't have to take me in and you didn't have to adopt me when I asked you if you could adopt me."

I crawled onto my mom's lap she kissed my forehead.

"Since I am no longer grounded is it okay if Maya comes over and hangs out?" I asked.

"I don't see why not." my mom replied.

My dad left his office my mom took out my scrunchie and fixed my hair he came back into the room.

"Mike and Hilary are on their way over with Maya."

"Thank you, daddy."

My parents and I left the room and waited for Maya a few minutes later uncle Mike and aunt Hilary were knocking at the door. I followed my dad to the door he answered the door my best friend and cousin came into the house she walked over to me and handed me a gift bag. I opened the gift bag and pulled out a baby doll I hugged Maya.

"Thank you, Maya, uncle Mike, and aunt Hilary." I smiled.

"You're more than welcome." uncle Mike and aunt Hilary said.

Maya and I ran into the living room we sat on the floor and played with my baby dolls.

"Ronnie how old are you today?"

"I am four years old. How old are you?"

"I turned four on Halloween." Maya said.

Maya and I dressed my baby dolls when we were finished playing with my baby dolls, we put my dolls away and left the living room. Maya and I walked into the kitchen we joined our parents at the table.

"Would you two like color some Disney princess coloring pages that I printed out?"

"Yes please."

My mom gave Maya and I each a stack of coloring pages and box of crayons and box of colored pencils Maya and I sat at the table with our parents and colored.

"Girls we're sorry that your classmate Haley excluded you two from her party at school." Uncle Mike said.

"Uncle Mike, will we always be treated like this because we're different?" I asked.

"Afraid so but just remember this you and Maya have a family who loves you both for being different."

Later on, that evening after aunt Hilary, uncle Mike, and Maya left my mom took me upstairs and gave me a bath when she was finished giving me a bath and helped me put on my Belle pajamas. My mom combed my hair I put on my Belle slippers and left my room I walked downstairs I walked into the living room and joined my dad on the couch.

"Daddy will I be treated different because I have a rockstar for a dad?" I asked curiously.

"Yes, some people will treat you different because you have a rockstar for a father and some people will try to be your friend because you have a famous father. There are some people who like me and your uncles and there are others who hate us." my dad explained.

"Why would anyone hate you and my uncles?"

"Some people got pissed when your uncles and I filmed the music video for Immaculate Misconception and I dressed as Jesus Christ in the music video and got nailed to a cross."

I snuggled up beside my dad, he wrapped his arm around me.

"Rock star or not you're still my daddy that I love no matter what." I smiled.

"I love being your father and if you asked me to, I would give up music for you." He stated matter of factly.

"I would never ask you to give up music because I know how much making music and touring with my uncles means to you."

My mom came into the living room and joined my dad and I on the couch we were watching Disney Junior. Later on, that night my parents and I were watching The Lion King on Disney Junior, I was starting to get tired I crawled onto my dad's lap and laid my head on his chest.

"Are you ready for bed princess?" my dad asked.

"Yes," I yawned.

My dad left the living room and carried me upstairs to bed he carried me into my room and tucked me into bed. My dad gave me my Jack and Sally dolls and kissed my cheek my dad turned off my lamp and left the room I drifted off to sleep.
