Chapter 45

{Shelly's POV, All Hollow's Eve} 

When I woke up, I climbed out of bed and left the bed room I made my way to Ronnie's room I walked into the room. I walked over to her bed and gently nudged her. 

"Ronnie it's time to wake up for school." 

Ronnie stretched and climbed out of bed we left her room and walked downstairs Ronnie and I entered the kitchen. 

"Mommy is daddy awake?" Ronnie asked.

"Not yet. What would you like for breakfast?" I said. 

"Cereal please," 

I made Ronnie a bowl of cereal I grabbed her a spoon out of the drawer and placed her bowl in front of her I handed Ronnie, her spoon. 

"Eat your breakfast while I go wake your father to help you with your costume for school." 

I left the kitchen I walked upstairs and walked up the hall I entered mine and Chris's room I walked over to his side of the bed he was still fast asleep. 

"Babe, it's time to get up so we can help Ronnie get ready for school she needs you to help do her make-up." I said nudging Chris's arm. 

"I'll be down." Chris mumbled half asleep. 

I left the bedroom I walked back downstairs and entered the kitchen Ronnie was finishing her breakfast. I walked over to the coffee pot and turned it on Chris came into the kitchen. 

"Ronnie when you're done eating meet me in your room and I'll help you get dressed." 

"Okay daddy," 

When Ronnie was finished eating, she handed me her empty bowl and left the kitchen I washed up her bowl and spoon. I placed the bowl and spoon on the drainboard Chris kissed me and left the kitchen. I left the kitchen and walked back upstairs. I walked up the hall to mine and Chris's room I entered the room and got dressed. I put on a Motionless In White t-shirt, black jeans, and black high-top Converse, I brushed my hair and pulled it up into a pony tail I headed for the bathroom. When I came out of the bathroom, I made the bed I left the bedroom and walked downstairs. I grabbed Ronnie's book bag off the hook by the door and sat it on the hallway table I heard Ronnie and Chris walking down the stairs. 

"Mommy, I look just like daddy." Ronnie stated proudly. 

"I agree you look just like your father when he's performing with your uncles." I smiled. 

"Mommy are you and daddy staying with me for my classes Halloween party?" 

"Of course, we promised Mrs. Davis that we would help out and so did uncle Mike and aunt Hilary." 

I grabbed Ronnie's sweat jacket off the hook I handed Ronnie, her sweat jacket I knelt down and zipped up her sweat jacket. I rose to my feet I grabbed my Korn sweat jacket and put it on. 

"Baby why don't you take Ronnie to my SUV and I'll bring the cupcakes and goody bags down to the SUV." Chris suggested. 

Ronnie grabbed her book bag off the hallway table I grabbed my purse Chris handed me his keys Ronnie and I left the house. We walked down to the SUV, I unlocked the doors I opened the back seat door I picked Ronnie up and placed her in her car seat. I buckled Ronnie in I closed the back seat door I climbed into the passenger seat. I spotted Chris heading towards the SUV he walked around to the passenger side and opened the door. 

"Do you mind holding the cupcakes and goody bags?" 

"I don't mind," 

I sat the container of cupcakes on my lap and basket of goody bags on my lap I handed Chris, his keys he closed my door and headed back up to the house. He climbed behind the wheel and started the engine and drove away. When we arrived at Ronnie's school Chris parked in front of the school and killed the engine Chris and I removed our seat belts and climbed out of the SUV. I grabbed my purse and closed my door Chris helped Ronnie out of the backseat. We spotted Mike, Hilary, and Maya walking across the street they walked over to us Ronnie hugged Maya.
