A warm coffee in your hand, steam filling the area around you. You gently sipped, watching the neighbours conduct in their daily activities. A comfortable silence surrounded you as you enjoy your Sunday afternoon. A click of a camera shakes you from your thoughts, your head turning towards the sound. Your eyes fall upon Prue, propping herself up on the lounge, gaining the best angle. Her black camera in her hand directed at you, her hands steady.
"What are you doing?" you asked, your smile grew at the sight of your girlfriend, another snap was heard, capturing the smile she loved so much
"Just admiring the scenery" her face peaked from behind the camera, a smile that matched yours
"You know I don't like to be photographed" You pushed yourself off the window sill and made your way over to Prue, occupying the spot next to her
"I know but I want to remember this moment" Her soft skin connected with yours, holding your hand firmly in hers
"Why did that sound so sad? Is everything okay?" You squeezed her hand, your eyes searched for a reaction
"With what we do, this could be taken away from us at any moment. If that happens I want us to have these memories" A sad smile graced her lips, she lent over and the warmth of her lips touched yours. The kiss was passionate, a way to say 'I love you' in the most intimate way. You treasured this moment, after all Prue was right, you don't know what the future holds. One day this could all just be a memory.
