Cassandra racked her brain for the safest place to hide, now that Harley's no longer existed. One place came to mind, however it wouldn't be the most welcoming. She guided Harley towards her home which inhabited an overprotective older sister, who is probably more than furious over the situation. The pair stood in front of the off coloured door, Cassandra grabbed Harley's arm and tugged her in the opposite direction. Harley shook her off before absentmindedly opening the door, leaving the young girl on the door step. Harley confidently walked through the hallway, her body came to a halt as she stared at the figure in the living room. Cassandra bumped into her back, rubbing her head before she peaked around her body. Her eyes landed on her worried sister, a twinge of guilt began to build in her heart. However Harley was experiencing a different feeling, was it love or lust? She couldn't decide. She lent down to Cassandra's ear and loudly whispered.

"You didn't tell me you came with an attractive sister" Harley nudged Cassandra. She looked at her friend in disgust, scrunching up her face. "Ew" she replied, shivers rolled down her spine at the thought.

"Hey Y/N" You turned your head towards the noise. Your eyes filled with tears at the image of your younger sister. You sprinted towards the girl, scooping her up in your arms, squeezing tightly to make sure she was real.

"Where have you been? Are you okay? Why didn't you answer your phone?" Your sentence was jumbled, the words mixing into one

"My phone was taken by the police, I didn't have time to grab it before this one busted me out" Cassandra pointed towards Harley, who was still in awe of the woman in front of her. You take in the appearance of the woman your sister dragged home. It was the first time you had noticed the uninvited guest since their arrival. Your eyes grew wide with realisation and you took a step back, sizing up the criminal.

"Do you know who you've brought home?" Your brain was searching for a reasonable explanation for what you were seeing. You had hoped that you had taught her sister better than this.

"Yeah, this is Harley Quinn" Cassandra shrugged off the question, unfazed by the status of the woman she dragged home

"THE Harley Quinn, as in the Jokers. She's his girlfriend, if he finds out she's here, he's going to kill us!" You clenched your fists and hoped for the best. The Joker was one man you didn't want to mess with.

"Actually we ain't together no mores" Harley interjected, rolling on the balls of her feet. A light feeling filled her body and a sense of relief and freedom encircled her

"Oh great, that means we have all of Gotham looking for her and you've dragged us into the middle of it" You started to pace, you couldn't process what you were hearing. How much did you miss when locked away in your house? "I don't know what's worse the Joker or all of the low life that inhabits this city". Multiple scenarios flashed inside your head, most of them ending with the death of you and your family. You had a bad feeling about this and you knew you would regret it if you helped.

Harley placed her hand on your shoulder, offering a small squeeze. "To me it sounds like a lose, lose for you" your head snapped fast towards Harley, narrowing your eyes. Harley was quick to remove her hand, taking her position next to Cassandra. "She's got a mean look" Harley commented, staring at the furious woman.

"You should see it when I come home from the police station" Cassandra was surprised by the anger radiating off you, she has never seen you like this. This was confirmation that this was indeed the worst idea she has ever had.
