No Longer A Choice

I thought falling out of love isn't real.

Until one day, you woke up feeling indifferent.
I thought you were just tired.
I thought rest was all you needed.

Then you told me you are tired but
in a way that rest won't be enough anymore;
in a way that getting up is no longer a choice;
in a way that fixing us is no longer in your mind.

You're tired
and this time,
I am no longer your rest
