You do not need to flight my battles for me

Allow me to grow, to heal and to fix myself alone. You do not need to fight my battles for me; it's not possible for you to mend me even with your gentle hands, even with your most loving heart.

My cruelty to myself eats me up sometimes that I forgot to rest myself. You know how hard I can be and I'm a very indecisive person—I hold you too close then sometime I hold you too less, I almost lost you if you didn't hold me tighter with those days that I'm losing my stand.

But you know I was born a fighter, right? I'll be fine. Regardless of my cruelty please allow me to hear your heartbeat when I can no longer escape what's in my head, allow me to hear you

breathing beside me even without a word, just silence and allow me to run towards you barefooted,

allow me to remind myself that after this tiring day I can always surrender to you because after all, It's you whom I want to go home to and I hope you knew.
