Pretender (Posie)

Chapter 4

I had to stay after school and finish a homework assignment for one of my classes. I told Lizzie and Hope that I would just meet them at the party.

"Josie said you wanted to talk about something," Lizzie stated.

"Yeah, it's nothing really it's more of a question I wanted to ask you," She states looking down slightly.

"So, what is it that you wanted to ask?" Lizzie asked Hope who was sitting on her bed.

"Umm...How did you and Rafael
get together?" Hope asked.

"I can't really remember, it felt forced on my part. Everyone was talking about how we would be such a cute couple and all. But, I ended up... caring about him. Why?" She didn't really want to go into full detail about how she actually got with him. I mean Hope was there but she wasn't really there. She was too busy flirting with Landon at the time.

"Just wondering. Is there anything you want to ask me?"

"Yeah, okay this may sound weird. Have you ever kissed a girl before?" Lizzie asked shyly.
Hope shakes her head. Lizzie makes eye contact, "Do you want to?"  She asked while getting closer to Hope.

"Lizzie, what are you doing?" She feel the blush rush to her face when Lizzie starts to straddle her hips.

"I don't really know," Lizzie admitted still getting closer to her.

"You have a boyfriend," she reminded her

"So, you don't want me to?" She drags her hand up Hope's arm all the way to her lips.

"Lizzie...You know that we shouldn't."

"You're right, we shouldn't, but that doesn't mean that we can't." She once again makes eye contact with the girl.

"Don't do something that you'll regret." At this point, their faces were centimeters apart. Hope could feel Lizzie's breath against her lips. Hope had liked Lizzie for a long time but she didn't want anyone to know not even Josie. So this was everything that she could've wished for.

"But...I won't regret it." Lizzie grabbed the back of Hope's head and crashed their lips together. She pushed her down on to the bed. Lizzie was on top of Hope holding her down. Lizzie bit on Hope's bottom lip. Hope let her in allowing Lizzie's tongue to explore her mouth.

"My... parents are home," Hope said gasping for air.

"I know, I just don't care," Lizzie stated still on top of her attempting to connect their lips again.

"Why did you do that?" Hope asked pushing Lizzie off of her and wiping her lips.

"What?" Lizzie said innocently.

"Don't act like that you know what you did." She looked Lizzie straight in the eyes, "Why did you kiss me?" She whispered.

"I wanted to. Besides you and Landon broke up." Lizzie stated, "Did you not like it?"

"No, the opposite actually,"

"You liked it?" Lizzie asked Hope causing the girl to blush.

"Yeah," hope nodded. "Do you want to do it again? Kiss me that is?" She whispered seductively. She takes a step towards Lizzie , "because, all you have to do it fill in the space." Lizzie and Hope's lips were once again less than an inch apart.

"What about your parents being home?" Lizzie asked against the girls lips.

"I don't care." She stated slowly. "I want you to kiss me."

"Hope..."

"You started it..." she brushed her lips against Lizzie's before her mom knocked on the door.
