BREAKING THE MATE BOND

JERONIMO'S POV

When Napoleon told me what Angeles had heard it made me realize that was the reason why Angeles wasn't paying attention and fell down the stairs, how could my son do this to his own mate. He was at fault when Angeles lost one pup all those months ago and the reason why she had lost all three of her pups this time. Napoleon and I went to the hospital to act like nothing was going on so by the time Benito realized what was going on it would be to late to stop Guadalupe and Dulce from taking the Jeronimo and Dulce to Italy, as we got to the waiting room I saw how Angel was holding Benito's hands while he cried which made me wonder if they were fake tears or not.

"Dad where is mom and the Luna" Angelo asked

"We made them stay at the house with Jeronimo and Dulce" I said

"I am going to go see Angeles" Napoleon said

"I'm coming with you" I said

We walked to the room and we knock, only to hear a sad voice say to come in. As we did opened the door we could her Angeles's sobs trying to calm herself down, we closed the door behind us and we walked up to her one of us on each side of her and taking her hand in ours.

"They are gone sweetie, they will be waiting for you when you get out of here" I said

"Does Benito know" she asked

"No he thinks your mom and the luna are at the pack house with Jeronimo and Dulce because we made them stay there with them" Napoleon said

"Alpha can I asked you for one last favor" she asked

"Go ahead sweetie" I said

"Before I go could you break the bond between me and Benito, please" she said

"Are you sure" I asked

"Yeah, I have thought about it and I don't want to be mates with someone who doesn't love me and is only with me because of my pups" she said

"Okay, I will do it" I said

After a few minutes James came in to check on her and check her vitals, he took his time and injected her so she could get some sleep and rest so her wolf could help heal her faster, as she fell asleep I looked at James.

"How is she doing" I asked

"She is doing better than I thought she would" he said

"What do you mean" Napoleon asked

"Well any other she wolf would have gone crazy at the moment they found out that they lost their pups but Angeles hasn't done that, not the first time or this time, she is very strong and it only proves that she will be a very strong Luna to this pack" he said

Both Napoleon and I looked at each other, if he only knew that Angeles would be leaving as soon as she was released and wasn't going to come back.

"When would she be able to go home" I asked

"Tomorrow if her vitals stay stable" he said

We left the room together and went back to the waiting room where everyone else was, I looked at Sofia and how tired she looked of all the crying she has done since we were told that Angeles had lost the pups.

"Manuel take Sofia back to your house, its closer and she wont have to walk that much make sure she eats something before going to sleep" I said

"Yes, alpha" he said

"Call me dad, after all you are my daughters mate and the father of my grand kids" I said

"Yes, al...Dad" he corrected himself

He picked up Sofia bridal style and started to walk out of the hospital to his house, I then looked at Angel still holding Benito's hands in hers and it only made me even more angrier as well as Napoleon.

"Angelo go to the house and take Angel with you" Napoleon said

"But I want to stay with Benito incase he needs anything" she said

"I will stay here incase the alpha and Benito need anything, now go and do as I said" he said

"Yes father" Angelo said

As they both left it was only Napoleon, Benito and I in the waiting room, not talking or saying a single word. The morning came as peace full as the night had left, Napoleon and I took turns going to check on Angeles. When we both went in to her room James was there taking her vitals, while Angeles looked at the white walls of the room.

"How is she" I asked

"She is ready to go when ever she wishes but she does have to rest" James said

"I wish to leave now please" she said

She got up and almost fell over, she was still weak due to the blood lost. James said he would get two nurses to help her get dressed and a wheel chair so she wouldn't have to walk until she got her strength back. Napoleon and I left so the nurses could help Angeles change into her clothing, when we got to the waiting room we saw Benito with his head down.

"She is being released but she still doesn't want to see you or Angel" I said

"Did she say why" Benito asked

"No she didn't" Napoleon said

"Why don't you go for a run, give her some space you got to understand that she just lost her pups and she is very emotional" I said

"Alright dad" he said as he left for his run

When Angeles was wheeled out, we put her in my car and drove to the airport where Napoleon and her would take a flight to Italy to meet up with Dulce, Guadalupe and her pups. As we arrived to the airport I turned to her and looked into her eyes, trying to see if she had gone back on breaking the mate bond she had with Benito but saw nothing.

"Are you sure of what your about to do" I asked her

"Yes, alpha I am 100% sure of my decision" she said

"Okay then repeat after me: I Angeles Atonela Ramirez reject the mate bond between Benito Napoleon Juarez and me, I reject the duties of future Luna of the Silver Moon pack, I also reject any future duties that may apply to the Silver Moon pack." I said

"I Angeles Atonela Ramirez reject the mate bond between Benito Napoleon Juarez and me, I reject the duties of future Luna of the Silver Moon pack, I also reject any future duties that may apply to the Silver Moon pack" she said

At that moment the mate and the pack bond had been broken, at that same moment I knew that Benito had felt the mate bond break as he started to try to get ahold of me through our mind link and when I didn't let him through he started to call my phone. I looked at Angeles and Napoleon and I told them to go because Benito was trying to get ahold of me and I didn't want them to be here in case he came looking for me, I told them the password to get the tickets that I had bought with cash for them so they could go to Italy and not be tracked.
