You know what I hate?
How there is never a good character with the name Alice in books.
The Alice character is almost always the loser.
Like in When You Reach Me, there's the character named Alice Evans and she always has to use the bathroom. She's always doing the pee-pee dance. Not a very likable character. What's up with that?
Or in Pie, where the Alice character is the main character, but I just don't like her. She's always crying and making up songs about how sad she is, and she's just not a strong character. The main male character is basically there to help her do anything hard.
Yeah the Alices don't seem that good of characters.
