YAS!!! Kingdom Hearts Re Mind was released today. I prepared this update just for the occassion since it's been a year since KH3 came out. I'm so pumped, I literally got myself a KH tattoo almost a month ago. I've been following this series since I was five, approx. 14 Years. Great game series, highly recommend especially if you're a fan of Disney and Final Fantasy.
This update will talk about the MHA characters that are similar to Kingdom Heart characters. I have kept spoilers to a minimum, just in case any of you are playing/watching the series as we speak or plan to. However there are still spoilers so keep that in mind. The spoilers are really vague so you shouldn't have to worry about a thing.
Midoriya as Sora

Yeah, well all saw this one coming. The optimistic Sora is the less socially awkward Midoriya. Sora, the main character to most of the Kingdom Hearts series, is basically the ‘chosen one’ who always inevitably defeated evil much like how Midoriya has won every single fight he’s fought except for one which was against Todoroki. (Keep that in mind because This and Shoto’s entry tie in together). Sora and Midoriya have their rivals that they ultimately turn for the better through friendship alone. They also hold much more power over their peers as well as hold the ability to become friends with almost each and every person they meet. Like honestly, it’s really scary how easily they make friends. I’d also like to point out how Sora was knocked off the ladder quite a few times throughout his series and had to climb back up(Forgetting everything between KH1 & KH2 and being stripped of his powers in DDD). Midoriya too was knocked off the ladder quite a few times with his broken bones proving to be horrible obstacles to the point he had to completely change his fighting style. Let’s also not forget that Sora and Midoriya have that special someone that they love (Kairi and Uraraka) but Sora is one step ahead of Midoriya as he already has the girl.
Todoroki as Riku

This entry was previously mentioned on the part MHA x Disney but that explanation was really poor so here is an updated entry. Riku is Sora's rival and a respected Keyblade Master. Todoroki's introduction to the series painted him out to become a bad guy because he was drowning in anger and pressure from his own father resulting in Shoto to turn to competition and ultimately being a jackass to just about anyone who stood in his way. Same goes for Riku. Riku is very competitive and he even turned villain for an entire game because Sora was prioritizing others over himself. (Imagine your best friend going out and trying to save his own crush over you, his best friend, when you're in the same amount of trouble, if not more than the crush in question.) It took much determination from the likes of Sora and Midoriya to break Shoto and Riku out of their villainous ways and that's when Riku and Shoto become mirrors of each other. When Shoto and Riku turned hero, they found themselves treasuring Sora and Midoriya more than themselves and pulled ahead of the main characters. They both can be slow and awfully pessimistic but their bravery and determination makes up for such.
