THUD!

Everything that could go wrong just went wrong in just a matter of seconds. That moment when you and your surroundings slow down suddenly, as if everything moved frame by frame like a movie. Everything comes into perspective in these moments, everything... From the smallest detail to the most silent of noises. Those little details become emphasised more than they should. Like right now, your biggest failure yet was slowly etching itself into your mind like a nightmare. As if everything was muted, all you could hear was your spine crackle and pop as it clashed with the ground. Nothing broke, but it sure sounded as if something had. Life resumed its normal speed as you stared at the ceiling in defeat for the ninth time today. Now, your biggest fear was the idea of being thrown over your classmate's shoulder again. This 'self defense' lesson wasn't teaching you an ounce of knowledge judging by your mountain of defeats. All you could mutter was, "Why can't I do it?" As your partner with flat navy hair stared down at you with concern.

Your own words had snapped your will to hold back tears. Everything began flooding out like a river. This heart wrenching display had made Iida begin to feel guilty for giving his all on a weaker classmate and a rather sensitive one at that. "(Y/n)...Are you okay? Do you want to see the nurse?" The class rep asked as all he could do was watch as you lied there and cried. He wasn't sure how to help. Were you crying because of pain, defeat, embarrassment perhaps?

"I'm so, so," you hiccupped suddenly. The sudden gasp of air caused your chest to spasm. The pain was so horrible your mind registered that your ribcage had shattered when in reality nothing was wrong. "I'm so weak! Why can't I do anything!?" You continued to cry, now clutching to your pained chest.

Aizawa began putting together self defense lessons for your exact reason. You're too reliant on your quirk and therefore left completely defenseless in all instances when quirks can't be used. He figured that continuing on with the lesson would be a waste of time considering your mental state and the physical shape of the class being left with no choice but to end the class on a low note.

Your dear boyfriend confronted you as you tried to pick yourself up from the ground. He wasn't going to stand for your behavior as demonstrated by the way he took you by the arm and quite literally threw you to your feet. The boy had captured your shoulder within his tight grasp "What was that bullshit display!?" Bakugou snapped at you with his crimson eyes blazing like hellfire. Your (e/c) orbs shrunken in fear. "You're here to be a hero right? Not a fucking crybaby! Pull yourself together-" And like the slippery snake you were, you were gone within the blink of an eye. You never were one who could take verbal backlash very well yet you have a ticking time bomb as a boyfriend. That's definitely not a match made in heaven as it always slips Bakugou's mind over how sensitive you could get at times and now he has to smooth everything over.

Kirishima glared at Bakugou alongside Sero and Kaminari. "You made her cry again didn't you?" The crimson haired male began crossing his arms in disapproval.

"Technically she was already sobbing like Deku," Bakugou grumbled through bared teeth.

"I'm waiting for the day she dumps you," Kaminari practically sang. You deserve such a better man to call your boyfriend and Kaminari plans to be that man. He's just waiting for the right moment to strike.

"Oi, fuck off all of ya," Bakugou wretched. "I'll apologize later. For now, leave her the fuck alone! If I catch either of ya saying she should dump me or that she deserves better one more time I'll blast all your asses to New Year and back!" And so, Bakugou left with a tremering stomp behind each step.
