Isang malalim na buntong hininga ang ibinuga ni Shar habang pinagmamasdan ang regalong natanggap nya sa isang estranghero noong kaarawan nya.

As they went home the night after the celebration, she found a small box outside of their apartment door. Nakita nyang para sa kanya iyon since it has a small greeting cards on it  pero di naman nakalagay kung kanino galing. When they open the box, they were amazed by the 4karat gold stone attached to a heart shape necklace. Gusto sana isauli ni Shar kung sino man ang nagbigay kaso hindi naman nya alam kung kanino isasauli.

" uie babae? tulaley ang beauty?" Mika distract the long out of the world moment of Shar. Kumurap kurap naman si Shar at tinignan ang kaibigan with expressionless face.

" Ibabalik mo pa yan? kanino naman? Hello Sharlene san Pedro, regalo nga dibah?Just keep it. Maybe, someday he or she will confess to you. wahhhh.... baka gwapong boylet yan beh! Swerte mo talaga sa mga papables." Binatukan naman ni Shar ang kalokohan ng kaibigan. Umalis naman na tawang tawa pa rin si Mika dahil sa kanyang naiisip. Shar looks to the necklace then, to the letter which included to the gift. It stated,

Happy Birthday! I know that you didn't know me. But I do know you so much. You can't see me but I can see you from afar. This material gift from me is not as much important for the gift I want you to give. And you want to know what it is? Its my heart and soul of loving you. Shar, I have no regrets of knowing you. If I have a choice to bring back the time I used to know you, I wanted to tell you that it is still you I will choose whatever happens, whereever i am, I will always think of you and somewhat will spend my time together to you. I believe that there are purpose in everthing happen. Just keep in mind that whatever that purpose is, I am still the one will love you until my last breath. 

"sino ka ba?" nasabi ni Shar sa sarili matapos nyang basahain muli ang sulat. nag-ayos na rin sya sa sarili dahil gumagabi na at maaga pa sya bukas para sa preliminary exam nila.

Sa di kalayuan naman ay may nagmamasid kay Shar. Araw araw na binabantayan ang dalaga. Naghahanda para sa gagawing misyon para masira ang buhay nito.

" what is your plan for this Padilla?Desisyon mo na lang ang hinintay ko para maisagawa na natin ang matagal na nating plano sa batang ito." sabi ng lalaking nagmamasid sa labasan ng apartment.

" hmmm... just continue to follow her. I will make sure if they will do something to me, well , I am sorry to tell them that this Padilla will be the one who will suffer. Goodbye." sabi ng kausap ng lalaki.

Kinabukasan, napakabusy lahat ng estudyante for the exam. Tutok na tutok na man si shar na nagrereview for the first subject nila. Maingay na naman ang buong klase ng dumating si Jai. He enters the room with a smile. All girls giggle in KILIG. But Shar just continue in studying her lesson. Napaangat naman ang ulo nya ng biglang tawagin sya ni Mika.

" hey tunaw ka na beh."

" ahh?"
