Forbidden Love

Chapter 34

"Kill Luna." William compelled as he looked deep into Damon's eyes. Will looked over at me full of anger and amusement as tears collected in my eyes. "No," I muttered. "Have fun, love birds." Willam said as he stepped back as Damon began to stalk towards me. He looked through me with glossy eyes as if he was sleep walking.

"Damon, please." I sobbed but he ignored me as he kept walking to me. Shuffling backwards in fear as tears continued to fall as he gripped my neck with his hand. "Damon." I wheezed out as I fumbled with his hand around my neck making him grip me harder. I scratched and dug my nails into his hand trying to pull him away.

"Baby, please. T-This isn't you. Y-You can fight this." I struggled breathless as tears continued to fall as his grasp loosened for a moment. He quickly grasped it again before he shoved my back against a tree. I touched his face gently, making him flinch and his grip grew tighter.

"Damon, fight this!" I begged using my powers to push him off of me. Damon released his hand from my throat entirely causing me to fall on my knees gasping for air. He flew back landing hard on the ground before effortlessly stood back up. His eyes burned into mine with hatred as I shuffled onto my feet trying to figure out how to break the compulsion.

"D-Do you r-remember the night you-you t-told me you were in love with me?" I stuttered trying to move away from him. "R-Remember when you asked me why I-I was so... so kind to everyone? And I...I told you. You kissed me. O-Our first kiss. P-Please, baby. Remember." I sobbed with blurry vision as I continued to cry. "I love you, Damon." I said, making him suddenly stop in place.

I could tell Damon was trying to fight back as I hesitated to walk towards him. Putting my hand softly on his cheek again to make him look at me before he tried punching me. I quickly grabbed his fist with my other hand kissing him with all the love I held for him.

Damon stood unmoving before he slowly started to kiss me back softly. His hands roamed my back as I started to remember how amazing our first night was together, when he told me he was in love with me and all the lovely things he said about me. Everything we had talked about since we had met, everything he had confided.

"In that one week I saw what everyone was too blind to see."

"You're the only person I have met that sees me for me and not what I am and what I was born into."  "You're amazing." Damon breathed out. Before I could reply I felt his lips on mine.

Damon immediately responded to my touch as his mouth moved against mine deepening the kiss. I felt his arms grip my waist softly making my skin under his palms radiate heat.

The warmth of his skin bled with mine and I found myself melting into him as we made love. I wanted to feel him. I needed to feel him. The urge was almost primal and all consuming. I gave myself entirely to him.

Pulling away from him breathless as he leaned his forehead against mine. "What just happened?" Damon breathed looking around confused. "H-How did you do that?" William asked from afar. Quickly moving away from Damon standing between him and William.

"No one can escape my compulsion. No one. How did you do that?" He asked again, making me smirk. "There's a reason why you hired me." I started firmly making his face harden while lifting his hand, but I beat him. Holding my palm out as Willam flew backwards and land roughly on his back.

"Please go back inside, Damon. I can't let anything happen to you." I pleaded as I turned to look at him. After he reluctantly headed back inside with Cole, I walked over to William as he stood. "It's going to take a lot more to kill you then I realized." William breathed out. "Or you could just walk away from all this. No one has to die today." I said, making him laugh wickedly.
