You know what that is?
I suppose everyone knows, but if you're American like me, you've *probably* never been inside one. They sell furniture. Like chairs, desks, etc.
This is the part that makes this IKEA- sorry, that makes 3008 anomalous, is that its interior, designated as SCP-3008-1, is anomalously large, far larger than a normal IKEA.
Previously inconclusive results regarding the area of 3008-1 may indicate that the space inside is infinite.
3008-1 is home to an unknown amount of civilians trapped prior to containment. They appear to have made a rather rudimentary civilization, including the construction of settlements, as well as fortifications against SCP-3008-2.
But hey, it can't be any worse than the U.S government. I mean, they employed an orange with a comb-over.

What is SCP-3008-2? Well, they look like humans that only managed to load to 60%. They have been described as being too short or too tall, much like myself, and they possess no facial features.
Also: They wear IKEA employee uniforms.
This the IKEA employees' true form, and there is nothing you can say to convince me otherwise.
3008-1 has a rudimentary day-night cycle, determined by the lights in 3008-1 turning on and off, which is consistent with the opening and closing times of an actual IKEA.
And those times are......
Well, for a Thursday, those times are 10AM to 9PM.
Nearly 12 hours, if my math is correct.
During the 'night', instances of 3008-2 become hostile towards any other living things in 3008-1. During these bouts of violence, 3008-2 will say things in English similar to the phrase, "The store is now closed, please leave the building."
I guess they really want you to leave.

Once 'day' begins, 3008-2 becomes passive, although they can get feisty if you attack them.

3008-1 has several exits, but they're antsy, so they change locations a lot.
This obviously makes leaving a problem.
Incident 3008-1: Some guy exited 3008, followed 10(ten) seconds later by an instance of 3008-2. The instance of 3008-2 caught and killed the guy before we could.
Hmm, shame.
The guy was carrying a journal (IKEA branded, fits the theme.), documenting life and such.
